It takes forever to get all the bookcases. I ordered 3 on 9/10 and 1 damaged so i have to call to reorder, A CUSTOMER HAS TO REORDER A DAMAGED GOOD EVEN THE CARRIER NOTIFY THE SELLER. today I got an email saying the replacement is shipped in economy and the delivery is expected on 10/18. They have the goods available but it takes 40 days to get them?? so inefficient! I give 3 starts because the bookcases are pretty good. Solid quality for books and good price compare to other similar sized bookcases.

These reviews make no sense! I love this place and go at least once per week. Very edgy decor and food products you don't see elsewhere.

Tried to order with bank debit card and the payment was taken but then World Market didn't accept it and returned it. Customer service of no help and I thought they were rude or just didn't give a damn. Made me feel like I wasn't good enough to shop there.

Awful. Ordered 3 soaps and a bath Mat. They were all damaged and leaking. Complete waste of time and money .

25% restocking fee on furniture which I was unaware of. After difficult assembly, the bookcase was wobbly and I was charged a lot of money for return on inferior product.

Avoid avoid avoid Delivery was scheduled for a sofa today between 3-7. Delievry never arrived. Pilot says the sub contracted out delivery and have no control over it. Last email I received said today from 3-7. Called world market. Horrible. Just horrible. I lost 4 hours of hourly work to be home and now I have to lose 4 hours of hourly work again only to risk another excuse. I told world market to cancel my order unless they were willing to compensate me for my lost hours, 2x. They can’t do that. DO NOT ORDER FURNITURE FROM HERE

I wish I would have seen the comments about the awful customer service from World Market. I bought some furniture and my order has been delayed over and over. When it was finally confirmed, the transportation company just made it yet worse. Received a call telling me that I have to wait 4 days more. The only option they gave me was “ if the new date doesn’t work you pick it up”. Great answer for an unsatisfied customer…too bad, I was a real fan of this store until I decide to buy online.

I'll explain later. But this location has always lacked in customer service. This maybe why customers stay away from this location. The inventory seems to never match what the website list. Then, when a customer needs help the representative of Cost Plus World Market needs help too. The " sales " run by the store have proven that what the store has on sale and what is actually on sale are not congruent. With this " explained " I do not know why anyone would want to shop at this location
