I only had trouble with this company from ordering cancelling delivery and in the end the package was not delivered and you have to wait 7 days before they start looking for package or refund Money!!!!

I love everything about World Market. My home is World Market on fleek!! More to come...

Stole money! Worst customer service. Egift purchased which doesn't work, even had manager at the store try it and didn't work for her either. Have been back and forth on phone and email... and the only answer they keep sending me is "the gift card is active and has balance". I never asked them if its active, I asked them to send me one that work... still don't have it!

Wonderful products and service. Recently I've been remodeling my home. I have ordered online and it arrived exactly as expected + free shipping and a 10.00 off coupon. And I've gone into the store. Great customer service. So knowledgeable and easy to work with. Helpful.

My experience with an online order has been absurd. It has been 6 business days and the item hasn’t even shipped yet. I have called customer service 3 times and it’s the same story, the order is still being processed. No one can give me any answers as to why there is a delay in shipping. I was promised it would be shipped yesterday and still it has not. Their customer service and eagerness to due the right thing for their customers is by far one of the worst performances I’ve seen and I do a lot of online shopping. I would not recommend anyone to deal with them. Don’t waste time and take your business elsewhere.

Cost Plus World Market has the worst customer service. When the store cant assist they take the easy way out and direct you to the main customer service lines where you have to wait for 45 minutes for them to come on and tell you their system is down. What kind of business are they running here??? Why did they not have a recorded message on their customer service line to let people know their systems are down...any company that values their customer based business would have a brain and be proactive rather than reactive. I hope they go down the toilet like some of these other retailers because they have zero clue on how to have an ounce of customer service. I'm sick of hearing Covid 19 is the continued excuse for the long wait times...its called poor performance by your employees. I WILL NEVER SUPPORT WORLD MARKET EVER AGAIN......BYE!!!

Ordered a canvas print came damaged. They resent 3 times all more damaged than the one before before I finally gave up

I sent a friend a gift- paid partially through a giftcard and the rest on my cc. They said they couldn’t accept and shipped it back. Simple online return right? Well cost plus confirms they received the full return but this is where things go haywire. It took 3 months and a couple of chats to receive the giftcard value back- if I hadn’t checked, that would have never been received. The amount on the credit card was incorrect and lower too. Terrible basic accounting practices and returns. So simple and yet so much missed. I suggest never buying a giftcard there and if you receive one and use it, and end up returning something, monitor your return amounts. Funds just disappear with this company! They just can’t get basic business processes down. They finally refunded the giftcard amount but did it in two batches- one to my original gift recipient and a some to me- seriously no rhyme or reason, it was really frustrating!
