I ordered a bag online submitted my order with the wrong color. I sent Support an email if I could still change the color or if it was too late, they responded within 20 minutes was able to change the color and it was shipped out the next day. that’s what i call quality service and they also replied back to my email that they will keep an eye on it to make sure the color was accepted. The under the seat second carry-on bag is simply spectacular. The craftsmanship is worthy of a higher price. The design is the best I have seen for a secondary carry-on. This bag alone could easily be a full weekend bag. Add this to the larger carry-on and you will never need to check a bag ever.

I have used Wool and Oak bags for a while now. Absolutely top quality product. It’s designed to suit every traveler’s needs and it is high quality. I had a small glitch with a return, however, I have to say they were very responsive and corrected what could have been a negative experience. I am very pleased overall with their professional and close care in customer service and I will definitely buy again.

Bought the Nova a few months back. Used it for a 3-week trip to Europe recently. Was really useful in helping to carry my iPad, kids’ iPads, headphones and cables, plus passports and tickets for the trip too. And then I also had a couple of shirts packed in there too that I wanted to keep wrinkle free. What was really useful was when we flew Ryanair to the UK. The Nova was too big to be a carry-on, so I opened it all up and flat-packed it in my check-in suitcase (I didn't want the baggage handlers to throw it about). Overall, a great bag that I will use all the time for years to come. Recently, I ordered the Wing Backpack, looking forward to that arriving for a few upcoming trips I have.
