I was one of their early adopters back in 2017 that purchased their overnight set backpack. The backpack is starting to fall apart in key areas even though I took great care of the backpack. Back then I I put my trust in an unknown brand because they offered a lifetime warranty, which I had proof of. Today they got back to me and told me that it is normal aging, and they offered me a measly $50 off. on my next purchase. I would not trust this brand as they are dishonest and lack customer service. The leather getting weak and falling apart is not aging when well taken care of.

These are truly premium products I have the Nova, duffel and packing cubes. In addition this is a company that understand customer service if an issues arises.

Zander provided great assistance and follow-up on out of stock items. Kept me well informed on status. Great experience overall.

Refuse le remboursement de la commande , ne répond pas au mail , efface les commentaires sur les réseaux !! Bref à fuir car ne sont pas fiable du tout ..

The bag was absolutely beautiful! I originally purchased the large hobo and thought of returning it due to my small stature and getting a medium when they come back out with it, but I decided to keep it. What brought the decision and the 5 star rating was the customer service! Great suggestions and recommendations and assistance were provided by Zander from the Wool & Oak team that ultimately helped me decide to keep the large bag due to my needs. He was so personal and prompt and timely in his response, that the customer service was top notch! Definitely will be buying another item in the future. I can’t wait to see how this bag will also age the more I use it!

Bag is really impressive- compact, thoughtfully designed and seems very high quality. I needed special support with shipping because I was traveling and the team was very helpful, supportive and proactive in getting everything arranged for me. I really appreciate it.
