I was one of their early adopters back in 2017 that purchased their overnight set backpack. The backpack is starting to fall apart in key areas even though I took great care of the backpack. Back then I I put my trust in an unknown brand because they offered a lifetime warranty, which I had proof of. Today they got back to me and told me that it is normal aging, and they offered me a measly $50 off. on my next purchase. I would not trust this brand as they are dishonest and lack customer service.
The leather getting weak and falling apart is not aging when well taken care of.

Hi Shahriar,
Thank you for being one of our earliest customers, and we’re sorry you’re disappointed. Your 2017 purchase came with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects.
After carefully reviewing your photos and video, we found the wear consistent with regular use over nearly ten years rather than a defect, which is outside what the warranty covers.
As a thank-you for your loyalty, we offered a store credit, and that offer remains open. We’re always happy to help further at [email protected].

Company that filters
I’m only writing here because they have filters in place on their website that don’t even allow for a shred of negativity to be posted. I gave the product 4 stars despite a notch literally breaking and having terrible customer service, but it never saw the light of day because I made a reference to their customer service. I took the time to take pictures and videos so people could see what it looked like in reality, but this brand would rather their consumers go in blind.

I have ordered from this company before however when i ordered a back pack that i never even opened and wanted to return it as it was not needed they told me i had surpassed the 14 day window (by a couple of days) i explained that it was shipped to my address in Florida and i was away for two weeks so did not receive until o went back. they stated they will never make an exception. i am appalled and will donate to charity however i have never encountered more rigid customer service from any store or website i have bought from. this is not a good company to purchase anything from

Horrible experience
I ordered the Porto 14” on December 18 with a four-week delivery estimate. It has now been pushed to April - four months for a premium-priced bag. I was fed repeated “3–4 week” timelines that kept moving, and only after repeatedly pressing them did they admit the real restock date. Offering just 15% off after missing the original timeline by months is terrible. If you charge premium prices, you should deliver like a premium company, not screw over your customers. All of their customer response emails were clearly written by AI. Horrible experience!!

Hi Josh, thank you for your feedback. Your Porto 14" was a pre-order placed on December 18, and demand exceeded our supply, which extended the restock timeline beyond our original estimate. At your request, your order was cancelled in April and refunded in full to your original payment method. We appreciate your feedback and wish you all the best.

Stiff Zippers, Sharp Bottom, No Recourse
I’m extremely disappointed with this purchase.
The biggest issue is the zippers. They are very difficult to open and close — stiff, resistant, and not smooth at all. After receiving the bag, I looked back at other reviews and noticed multiple people mentioning the same zipper problem. Unfortunately, I now understand why. For a bag at this price point, the zipper function should be effortless. Instead, it feels like a constant struggle just to access the compartments.
Another major design flaw is the bottom of the bag. It has rigid, almost spike-like feet that protrude more than expected. They feel unnecessarily sharp and could easily scratch another bag if stacked, damage surfaces, or even scrape someone if bumped. It’s an odd and aggressive design choice for something meant to be practical and travel-friendly.
To make matters worse, the item was marked Final Sale, so I’m now stuck with a bag that doesn’t function smoothly and can’t be exchanged. That’s especially frustrating given the zipper issues appear to be a recurring complaint. It feels like the final sale designation conveniently protects the company from addressing a known design problem.
For a brand that promotes quality and thoughtful design, this experience fell far short of expectations.

Hi Anthony,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. While we’re sorry this experience didn’t align with your expectations, we’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy and transparency.
In your original correspondence with our team, the only concern raised was that the bag did not have wheels, and you requested an exchange for a model that includes wheels. No issues related to zipper performance or the bag’s base were mentioned at that time, which limited our ability to address those concerns directly during the service interaction.
That said, our zippers are intentionally engineered with higher tension to support durability and long-term reliability. Some customers note that they feel firm at first and become smoother with regular use. The protective base feet are likewise designed to elevate and protect the bag during travel, though we understand how preferences can vary.
It’s also important to clarify that final sale items are still fully covered under our warranty in the event of a manufacturing defect. Final sale simply means the item is not eligible for returns, exchanges, or post-purchase adjustments—it does not remove product support or warranty coverage.
Additionally, the item in question was clearly marked as final sale at checkout, including the applicable terms, prior to purchase.
We stand behind the quality, design intent, and craftsmanship of our products, and we aim to operate with clarity and integrity at every step. While we regret that this purchase wasn’t the right fit for you, we appreciate the opportunity to clarify the record for future customers.

Defective Product, Poor Handling, Empty Apologies
I ordered a duffle suitcase that arrived defective. I immediately documented the issue and provided a video showing the defect.
I acknowledge that it took me six days to complete the return process. However, once that was done, it took the company eight additional days to ship the replacement, despite assurances that the replacement would ship without waiting for the return to be physically received.
The return experience itself was unnecessarily frustrating. The online return system did not allow me to select an exchange, which was my only intent. I was forced to choose a gift card instead, which later became an issue when the item was no longer on sale.
What made this experience truly frustrating was how it was handled. Their polished, empathetic emails felt completely disingenuous. They repeatedly framed standard corrective actions as “courtesies” and implied that the delays and frustration were my fault, when it all stemmed from a defective product and a poorly executed return process.
In the end, I got the replacement, but what should have been a simple exchange became a prolonged ordeal. Their repeated apologies and claims of empathy are empty, and their touted excellent customer service clearly does not exist. I will not buy from this brand again and cannot recommend them.

Hi Celestina,
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re sorry that the exchange process felt frustrating and did not meet your expectations.
Once you reported the defect, our team acted promptly by providing return instructions and a prepaid shipping label. While we closely track all returns, the timing of when a package reaches us is determined by the carrier and is unfortunately outside of our direct control.
When the return was submitted, it was processed as a refund to gift card, which was the option selected during the return process, rather than as an exchange. As a result, the return was handled accordingly in our system. Because the carrier was not expected to deliver the returned bag to us until January, we issued the gift card immediately so you could reorder without waiting for the item to physically arrive.
When a pricing difference occurred due to the original promotion ending, we promptly issued an additional gift card to fully cover the balance, and we also covered shipping in full. Your replacement bag was shipped as soon as possible once the reorder was placed.
While we regret that the experience felt prolonged, every step was taken to resolve the situation efficiently and fairly. We stand by the integrity and responsiveness of our customer service team throughout this process and appreciate your feedback.
