The product shipped at a reasonable time period. I bought this as a gift so I don't know how it works yet. BUT I will say the watch looks beautiful and well done!

Love the watch. Got the Poseiden for my husband. He loves it too. Only issue was how long it took, but I was given a warning it was slow process, so I was prepared to wait.

Hey Pam, Thank you so much for the feedback. Yes we have heard that as a common concern and have revamped our process and keep extras in stock to combat this. Glad to hear your husband loved the Poseidon (one of my personal favs) Have a great day! Mitch The Wood Forest / www.WoodForestWatch.com

Everything was great the only negative thing I can say is you have to wait to long to get your order. And y'all need to get a better tracking system Regards, Tracey Woodley
