Hey Kristy, We completely understand your feelings. We suffered significant supply chain issues and were not ready for the popularity of our 3-for-1 watch bundle which resulted in very long delays. I assure you, we moved as fast as we could without sacrificing quality. But totally get that we failed you. Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to meet your expectations as I am sure you will love the new timepiece.
