I found that adjusting the watch band extremely challenging. I was never able to adjust it.

I've purchased a couple of watches in the past and have gotten numerous compliments. This current purchase is a big disappointment. The watch looks cheap the second hand only moves when using the stopwatch function. This will be the last purchase.

Was looking for a nice Dark Wood Ebony watch and Glasses and thought I found them. What a disappointment! Wasn't good quality wood. More like hard plastic and very lightweight and cheap feeling. The glasses also felt the same, although they are nice fitting and polarized. The only reason I didn't give this purchase a 1 star!

The hour hand is too narrow making it hard to read. The second hand does not stay moving. It's a pretty watch. Just wished I could read it easier.

The watch didn't work right and it took to much time once I called. Since the watch was returned I'm still waiting for a new watch and it's been over a week and it still hasn't shipped

The watch has already broke. The knob for the hands has come off.

The watch arrived looking great but then I noticed that a gear had fallen loose so I emailed their customer service department about this and everything was standard and great customer service by Milo until a Dee started emailing me back. It has been about 9 days after they received the watch back and they did not respond until I emailed them first because they clearly forgot about my order. I asked why they told me they'd keep in touch yet I was in the dark and how long until my replacement arrives. Dee replies with a message telling me that my watch has been shipped which means the whole process took about 2-3 weeks but Dee chose to ignore all of my questions in their final reply.
