Great watch
The watch looks exactly like the picture, which is why I purchased.

Very poor quality
After receiving watches an opening and inspecting them, they seem to be very poor quality. Three of the four that were purchased. The hands are loose as you move the watch from side to side, one or more of the hands actually is free floating. I will return all four of them.

I was told that I would get my watches…
I was told that I would get my watches by Christmas. They were a Christmas present. They came in January. Yes I know I could have cancelled I really wanted something different for my husband. If you are not able to do something do not say you can.

It was a good experience and I would recommend it. The only thing I think they could do better is offer engravings to more personalize them.

Beautiful Design

Wait time extremely long.
Interesting concept using wood to accent watches. It took a very long time to receive. This could be understandable, but there wasn't any upfront information on this process until you already paid. Customer service is quite responsive, something you don't get much elsewhere these days.
