WoodforestwatchReviews of woodforestwatch.com

the product itself was of very good quality and looks very, my third time ordering from Woodforest all three watches are very nice. the first time I had to wait longer than the estimated time receiving my order, after contacting customer service I then had to wait another two weeks.

I love the wood forest watches. I first purchased the Titanium Watch and was very satisfied with the Watch. I was so happy with the watch that I purchased another watch, the Hades watch. Unfortunately the crown of the watch came off and was lost. Customer service was exceptional and Dee arranged the return. After returning the watch , instead of just replacing the crown and send the watch back they sent me a completely different watch. After two attempts of receiving the wrong Watch I was told that the Hades watch was no longer available. I was told to select another Watch , which I did . The other watch that I selected was of lesser value and they was willing to reimburse me the difference. There customer service is exceptional and many thanks to Dee for her help .

I didn't receive the right bracelet wanted the other with gold in center although I do like the one I got

I was under the impression that the watch was made in the USA. I wasn't prepared to have the watch shipped from overseas. After the watch arrived (which was late for a Birthday present for my son), the outer wood ring fell off! This company promotes itself on quality workmanship, Really?

Shipping time said 1-3 weeks, my order took over a month

The watch loses time. Also while the style is beautiful they should have made the hands brighter as they get lost in the skeleton movement. Overall a beautiful watch.

loved the experience and my watch gets many compliments and how cool. dee handled the customer service with flying colors. i would and will reccomend Wood Forest to my friends and collegues

Oook. Let's start with the good: Overall design is awesome. The product photos look amazing. The wood in the links and the bezel are straight fire. Really nice color, nice finish. Now for the bad: The gold. 1. Brushed finish?! I have never in my life heard someone say oh yeah I really like gold but I wish it was less shiny. I may be mistaken, but I always believed that a big part of the value of gold in terms of aesthetics is the manner in which it reflects light. Maybe this was a design choice and the prototypes with polished gold didn't look right, but I really think this is mistake and makes the watch lower in perceived value. 2. Poor execution on the plating. When you hold the watch off wrist and inspect the band, every single link has exposed steel. Looks like it was painted on. Around here we call that fugazi. The movement - hour and minute hand jump around erratically when adjusting the time. I'm not a watch technician but it strikes me as being a cheap component. The wood in the dial - nice grain pattern. Color could have been a little bit darker but it's nice. It seems like it could've been sanded or sealed better. Seeing the grain patterns is dope but I can see the fibers as well and that doesn't look right to me. Kind of reminds me of the balsa wood gliders my dad would buy me from the corner store. It took me a while to warm up to this watch. It's a really cool concept but it's definitely not the gold plated watch I thought I was getting. It really looks like brass spraypaint. I've got it sitting next to a plated watch from Flud, big difference. Anyway I decided not to post a public review to this effect because I like what you folks are doing and I'm not one to throw salt, but I thought you might appreciate some honest feedback.
