Great Quality. Beautiful Watch. Good communication My only complaint is the timeframe. I was told the watch would arrive before Christmas so I ordered.... the watch didn't arrive until the end of Jan. I did feel it was deceiving to say in order to get the orders BUT all that being said, the company kept in GREAT communication with me and kept me updated. Then when the watch arrived it was gorgeous! Better than the pictures!

Hey Sheila, Thank you so much for sticking with us. We were completely slammed during the holiday season and worked our hardest to get these orders out. But sadly, some did not make it in time We are so pleased to hear you love the timepiece and hope you'll think of us again in the future. We have improved our processes so we will be ready for the next time. Have a great day Mitch The Wood Forest / www.woodforestwatch.com

Ordered a watch for my husband for Christmas. It took over six weeks and was not here in time. Once it arrive they forgot to ship extra links and it was too small. Had to order additional links and it took over four weeks. It started out with a three week guarantee. Ended up being over 10 weeks before he could actually wear the watch. Very disappointed

Hey Diane, Our sincerest aplogies that your experience was anything less than amazing. We were asolutely swamped this last Christmas season and it unfortunately resulted in some delayed shipments. Our processes have since been updated and shipping is much faster than before. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your experience better. I received my watch on January 28th, 2023. It won't keep time and keeps stopping. I sent a request in and called and left a message. I have taken the watch to a jeweler, today. They say the battery is fine and will take a closer look at what is going on with the movement of the watch mechanism and get back to me on Wednesday February 8th. I am disappointed I can't call and talk to someone.

Hey Terry, Our sincerest aplogies that your experience was anything less than amazing. That sounds like it could be a damaged movement which is certainly covered by our 5 year warranty. And we can be reached by either email, Social Media, or phone. All of our contact information is at the bottom of our website. Let us know, and we will take care of it.

2 weeks trying to resolve a dead/damaged on arrival product. One watch is very nice. Other is a decorative paper weight.

Hey Steve, Our apologies your experience was anything less than amazing. Your return took longer than usual due to technical difficulties not allowing us to see the contents from link you sent us. Not exactly sure what the issue was with the inks, maybe a permission thing. Technology can be funny that way. Glad to hear you enjoyed the other timepiece. We'll take care of this one, no worries. If you have any other suggestions, please let us know. Mitch The Wood Forest / www.WoodForestwatch.com

Hey Chelle, That is awesome. Thansk for sharing your feedback. And donb't forget, due to the natural wood grain, even if someone bought the exact same model, yours would still be unique :-) Have a great day! Mitch The Wood Forest / www.WoodForestWatch.com
