Above and beyond; I contacted you to purchase a replacement battery for a watch I had bought about two years ago, (that had arrived with a dead battery) and you replaced the watch. I gave my son the watch for his 27th birthday.

I'm a watch lover and this is one one my favorites. I love the little kit they give you to adjust to your size. It's easy to use.

Overall I would give the quality of the product itself 5 stars. Two small critiques would be that the band adjustment instructions the watch comes with are in extremely small print. I have great eyesight and still sometimes struggled to read it. I also never found the carved arrows to tell me which way to pull the pin out as said in the instructions which was confusing. Apart from this it also took an extremely long time to show up, which isn't a big deal just something to keep in mind. I purchased the "Nile" and "railroad" and both look and function great. The design is clean and esthetically pleasing. Great product, would buy again.
