Super responsive and great warranty! This watch gets me a TON of compliments and I love it, so when I lost a pin link I was concerned that it was a goner, but Wood Forest quickly sent me a shipping label to return it and I had a replacement in very short order. Could not be happier!

Not worth the price! Battery was dead on arrival. Wood is inferior. Finally got the links to stay in place. Would not recommend!

Loved the watch, but as nice as the watch was the box it came in was not representative of what was inside. You should have the box the watch comes in have the same quality as the watch. I was giving as a gift and had to buy a better box.
