The shipping was pretty fast. The product quality is great! Adjusting the links was easy and the instructions were very clear. The case it comes in is also super cool, loved the presentation. The watch itself is very well made. This is my first automatic and I love that the movement is so precise. One thing I did notice is that after wearing it all day, I take it off to go to sleep and in the morning it has stopped ticking and so I will have to set it again. This could very well be normal for automatic watches and if so please disregard, but if it was able to last through the night to where I didn't have to reset every morning that would make it perfect. The looks of this watch are amazing. I have received a lot of compliments and people are astonished when I tell them that it is made with wood. It has this black and gold luxury look to it that goes perfectly for my nights out, days in the office, or day to day. The chacate preto and olive wood feel so smooth on the wrist. Would highly recommend!

Broken Item. Return was relatively easy but item was broken and felt cheap.
