If there’s 0 star i would for sure choose it Worst customer service I've ever had im my whole life I don't think that there’s a company that respects itself and its customers will have this kind of customer service They have 90 days return policy I asked for a return, my order was in its original packaging didn’t even open it And they don’t mind going back and forth back and forth millions of emails with no solution just arguing It’s super draining to deal with a company like that It’s too much to deal with honestly Please stay away be careful!!

Navigating through the website and placing an order was very easy, the choices of products offered are very appealing and lovely. The customer service I received was excellent and I highly appreciate the fast response. Im very excited about the outcome of the product I requested, will definitely keep 'Woodemon' as top choice for any future personalized product I would want to get for the kiddos in the fam. There were many wonderful selections to choose from. It was very easy to navigate the system to place an order. Looking forward to getting the giraffe growth chart for my granddaughter’s first birthday.

The gift was for Christmas I told them I would be moving January 2nd it didn't arrive until the middle of January they promised they would forward the package to my new place because it was their fault but instead they refunded $5 shipping fee which isn't enough to pay for anything! Terrible service don't buy it it's from China but you don't know that till after you order!!! I can't drive 6 hours to pick up a package

Don't expect to be able to use the puzzle purchased. I gifted my nephew only a few weeks ago and the surface is chipping off. Which is not safe but also speaks to the quality of the product. When I reached out to customer service for support and a replacement they replied with, "AS it is impossible to verify that your product has been used, please understand that we are unable to return or exchange it for you. Our orders are carefully checked at the time of packing and dispatch before they are dispatched". Is the intention to not be able to use the product??? How can you market this as kids/toddlers puzzle if the expectation is not to use it? This is very misleading and too expensive to sit on a shelf. I expected better quality and support. My daughter turns one soon and I had it on our list to get her one. However, I will not be purchasing from Woodemon again. I'll stick to Etsy that supports small businesses and people who care. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Non existent customer service when wanting an update. Once personalised jigsaw arrived which cost over £60, it was of very poor quality and not actually sure it is safe to give to a 1 year old. I really would choose a reputable company if wanting a special personalised gift for a child

SCAM company do not use! I would recommend not using this company. The products are cheap and arrived damaged and as per their returns policy they can offer refunds on damaged items but not once have they offered me a refund and now they are ignoring me. It took ages for the product to arrive as it seems like it comes from china, so I was way past the date in which I needed the item, they suggested resending one but it was too late for me now and I had to buy an alternative present. It's not acceptable to behave in this way. THEY ARE NOT A BRITISH COMPANY - upon researching on companies house they are nowhere to be found, so please avoid if you can. It's not worth it I'm now down a present and my money that I paid for it.
