I ordered the personalized train and growth chart for my grandchild and the parents were pleased with the gifts. These products are from China and I was not aware of this. I noted the 4 day production and paid extra for the expedited shipping BUT the gifts did not arrive in time for the birthday. I recognize that the custom process takes unpredictable time on both ends so order in plenty of time and DO NOT pay extra for a shorter shipping time. It’s not guaranteed. It shouldn’t even be offered as an option.

I ordered a custom wood gift that was beautifully crafted on the front—truly impressive work with attention to detail and quality. However, I was disappointed with the personalized engraving on the back. I had carefully filled out my message and signed my name, and there was an optional line labeled “_ Loving Care.” I intentionally left it blank, selecting “No” to indicate I didn’t want anything added. Unfortunately, they engraved the word “No” as if it were part of the message, which felt careless and took away from the sentiment I was trying to express. Additionally, I paid for expedited shipping, hoping to receive the gift promptly for a special occasion. Unfortunately, it arrived two weeks later—well past the expected timeframe. That delay, combined with the engraving oversight, made the experience feel less thoughtful than I had hoped.

Appreciate the choice of children’s toys that aren’t plastic. However, you’re going to need to reevaluate your shipping model if you hope to compete with Amazon. I paid over $12 for expedited shipping for an order placed on 6/5 and the ETA provided doesn’t give me much confidence the package will arrive by 6/15 for the birthday recipient.

A very disappointing wooden growth chart. The sections were very thin and flimsy and extremely difficult to join together as nothing was provided to do so. Centimetres were not accurately measured either. Not worth the money. Email communication not responded to as yet. A very disappointed customer.

Site is a little confusing, but looking forward to receiving my order of personalized puzzle. Very cute idea for a 1st bday

The item is very overpriced, it came from Asia and took a long time to receive. This item could have been purchased on Amazon for less time and money. The product is of good quality, however a few pieces were glued to the board and we had to fix that. I ordered the bold colors, the letters of the name was supposed to be different but the last two letters were almost the same color but with a very slight difference. The advertise they offer free personalization on all items, this is misleading and it only applies to the name you order, not the personalization on the back of the puzzle. Overall, I would not buy from this company again because I don't think I received my moneys worth. Buyer Beware!
