Totally satisfied with the product and delivery time. I was hesitant after reading some negative reviews online about the Personalized Wooden Baby Name Puzzle however mine for my niece arrived exactly as designed without any issues. The wooden board is sturdy, the personalized engraving on the back exactly as specified and the Name Letters as well as the animal elements I selected exactly as described. They are large enough to not be a chocking hazard for a 1 year old. I have no doubt she will love it.

These puzzles are incredibly cheap, super thin and not durable. The letter pieces are also really thin, and even I had trouble getting them out of their respective slot. If I struggled, as an adult, how is my baby supposed to wrangle the pieces out? Also, the letters are also super thin making some of them a choking hazard. I wouldn't even give this to my son so the puzzle is worthless and waste of money.

The item is very overpriced, it came from Asia and took a long time to receive. This item could have been purchased on Amazon for less time and money. The product is of good quality, however a few pieces were glued to the board and we had to fix that. I ordered the bold colors, the letters of the name was supposed to be different but the last two letters were almost the same color but with a very slight difference. The advertise they offer free personalization on all items, this is misleading and it only applies to the name you order, not the personalization on the back of the puzzle. Overall, I would not buy from this company again because I don't think I received my moneys worth. Buyer Beware!

I ordered personalized lamps for the wall, resigned myself to looking at Zeo instead of Leo, hung it on the wall above the baby’s crib, fell several times (lucky that the baby was not in the crib), asked several times for a return, they lose the request and say hang it again using more tape, probably so that this time it would fall on the baby... I used two tapes, hung them on the side of the crib, fell again three times, then used three tapes - it worked, but now there are not enough tapes, so I ask to them: can I have more tapes, they do not provide. So can’t use it with original set, I have to looking for something like double tape by myself, I’m not recommend this company, it’s absolutely not safe for baby. It fell again and again.

I would be happy with the product if they spelt it correctly - given the colour isn’t a true dusty pink either. After continuous correspondence between the company and I and the fact they’re not even willing to admit their mistake in regards to the spelling of my child’s name speaks volumes. I won’t be ordering from this company again and I don’t believe you should either. I have screenshots and pictures but idk how to upload them.

I asked for proof of non-toxic status and they had no testing or certifications to prove it. They directed me to read positive customer reviews as that is all the assurance I should need. Not reassuring at all and tells me they believe the baby puzzles are non-toxic by their own definition (who knows what that is!) and not by any globally recognised standards. There could be lead in the paint, fornaldehyde glue used and high levels of other heavy metals - who knows!!

Do not use WOODEMON.COM no confirmation of order advertised through Instagram and FB thinking you are paying in AUD but charged in USD. Not heard from them at all.
