WoodemonReviews of woodemon.com

Buyer beware! This company is a scam! The images in the advertising are false and AI generated. The quality of the backpack is dollar store level and the letters are haphazardly arranged; not horizontally across as advertised. I reached out to customer service and received an incoherent response and was unable to connect via telephone as the phone number listed is fake. It is a shame this scam involves products being created for children. Etsy sells a similar product for far better quality and the seller is responsive/ reliable. DO NOT waste your money with woodemon. They are a fictitious company that will steal your money and be impossible to get a hold of.

No adhesive included with the wall decor!

Just bought a personalised name puzzle for my 15 month old grandson, I've been robbed! £30+ with p&p. Not worth a fiver. I've seen much better quality things in Home Bargains for £4! I also paid extra for pegs which I haven't received. I have emailed to ask for a refund or the pegs to be sent, but received no reply. I'd advise not to buy. I presume it's a Chinese company. Utter rubbish.

Ordered unicorn wooden height chart it's cheap and nasty supposed to be mega reduced to £29.90 but then add £10 for name and further 2.50 insurance and £ 4.90 P & P is £47.30 from China not London - it's a rip off only thing nice are the colours - the wood is wooden jigsaw type - I wouldn't let my young granddaughter open it because it's so flimsy I think it will crack very easily

Do not buy this item. It says Woodemon UK however it is made in China. You pay an exorbitant price that can be found on Temu for under £7!! Everything is exactly the same, from the shapes of the animals to the personalisation. I’m so irritated by this. Plus who knows what toxins are on this item.

Ordered the personalised nightlights, which took awhile to deliver but pretty simple and cute when they finally made it. Unfortunately, they keep falling off the wall as they heat up when turned on, which renders the sticky pad that connect them to the wall pretty useless. I’ve tried several times to stick the back on before adding the weight of the actual light, but no use. Shame this wasn’t considered in the design.

The board is thin, it takes a while to arrive, the pieces don’t stay in the package, the wood/ bag quality is not great and there are no pegs on the picture pieces. Overall I felt I overpaid.

Misleading advertising and delivery dates promised during Christmas rush. I purchased the puzzle on December 8 and I would not have if they hadn’t plastered all over their website they would be delivered by the 21-24th. It was scummy marketing that outright lied. My package wasn’t even postmarked until after Christmas and was delivered Jan 4th, a whole month after ordering and well after the advertised delivery dates. I have not heard back from customer service. I understand it takes time to process custom puzzle orders but they advertised that it would be done in time. They need to be transparent and not lie to people about processing/delivery dates.
