***DO NOT BUY*** Please read all reviews, this company is not good, customer service is worse. They will jerk you around and make returning very difficult and also charge you almost 1,000 to return product. These items are so cheap and crappy, flat, cheap wood that you can feel, such a waste of time and money!! They should honestly be reported. Horrible!! Fair warning. Check out other reviews. Ok let me be fair here because now they are asking me to add more and that it would not cost 1,000, let me clarify, I said “almost” a 1,000. I have 8 huge/heavy boxes at 75$ per box, but you can add in a truck rental for another 200$ for the return of the giant boxes…these would not ever fit in a normal car sedan. They tried to offer me a cheap 200$ as a partial refund…huh!? They claim I have not reported any damage of items, but I was told by someone in an email that they offered a front door home pick up service for returns and I was ok to open all boxes, I only opened one box and was very impossible to put all box in a air tight fitted box as is they say…so you want me to open 8 huge air tight boxes and “inspect” then put them all back as they came…?? It’s beyond unreasonable. Please send me a video of someone doing this process without any machines doing of the work…!! They making money by doing this and I walk away with nothing but losing more money!! As I said…***DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME*** ITS A JOKE AND YOU WILL BE OUT HUNDREDS OF EXTRA $$

Andy in customer service was excellent. I explained to Andy how difficult it was for me to get my sofa in 5 Hugh boxes to my apartment on the 24th floor after several days of receiving. I ordered 5 pieces however I only needed 4. He suggested for me to keep all pieces and not go through the experience of hauling down 24 floors and gave me a credit to keep all 5. My sofa is absolutely beautiful. Thank you for such amazing customer service. I'll be sending pictures shortly. Velda Landrum-Babin

I placed my order over 2 weeks ago. I got word that the order shipped with 4 tracking numbers. 2 out of 4 tracking numbers ended up having issues due to payment to fedex and they then shipped two new packages. Well, the two new packages arrived, and they were the same corner pieces instead of opposite corner pieces. I now have two of the same corner, an ottoman, and no middle piece. Their phone number never works and no one picks up. The emails only get responded to every other day or so. I am requesting a full refund and the delivery of the correct pieces at this point. There is no way to get the pieces back together the way they came and I only realized I had two of the wrong pieces after I put them together.... (Update) We were able to work out a considerable discount due to the issue listed above. I was able to keep the couch for a drastically reduced price and can look for a replacement while I don't have to worry about paying full price.

Ordered my couch and it shipped super fast . However because it is a couch it got shipped in several boxes . FEDEX is refusing to deliver the boxes due to non payment of funds from WJS and they have already started the process of returning some of the boxes . This is a highly stressful situation as I just moved and was looking forward to the couch I chose and now I can’t seem to get in contact to have the issue resolved .

I love my modular sofa. Great quality. Easy to put together. I accidentally ordered the wrong piece and emailed the company for advice. They responded quickly. Offered me a solution, gave me a credit and expedited my new piece. Great quality for the price and excellent customer service.

I bought this couch online by accident. It was the couch online next to it I wanted. I canceled IT & they sent in anyways. Customer service was decent. There is No way ONE PERSON CAN CARRY, LIFT or Put it together. I had to pay someone it is very difficult. They refunded me $500 on a $1500 couch! It has been 6-7 months now & the $500 refund is not worth keeping this couch. It is absolutely 100% GARBAGE from China, Oh & the $500 was to pay someone to put it together which was $300 & took my handyman & helper 3 hours! BUYER BE AWARE THIS COUCH IS NOT EVEN WORTH $500. The pillows are all uneven & lumpy the only place to sit comfortably is at the ends of the couch or ends of the ottoman’s which are oversized & 💩 also! I am an Executive Chef & Realtor/custom design, I AM NOT LYING! I reached out to them via e-m just to say after 6 months it is 💩 & the response was oh well we refunded you $500. I was really nervous about purchasing the Velluno 3-seater couch with ottomans online but was influenced after reading all the reviews and watching a lot of videos online. I can say that for the price, the quality and size of this particular couch is 100% worth it. The size is perfect for my 2 bedroom apartment and for my husband who is 6’4. The customer service was incredible and quick to respond. I received 3 arm rests, 1 middle section, 1 ottoman instead of 2 arm rests, 1 middle section and 2 ottomans. We didn’t realize it until maybe 4 days after delivery when we got a chance to set up the couch. Our customer service rep was extremely apologetic and was able to immediately resolve the issue within a few days for us. My only piece of advice would be if you are ordering in the US, as soon as you get your tracking numbers, call FedEx and be very specific about where you want your items delivered and follow up with FedEx a few times before your delivery date. Our first three pieces came from TX, 87 lbs each and were left on the first floor of our apartments instead of on the second floor in front of our door. When this happened I called FedEx and was advised that my note entered on the FedEx site wasn’t seen. So I asked for the next 2 packages to be delivered to the second floor in front of the door. I called FedEx again, two days before delivery, to ensure the note that was entered by the rep over the phone was seen and it again was not seen so entered again. The second delivery set was delivered to my front door as requested so PLEASE take the time to follow up with FedEx especially if you won’t have anyone to help you. Otherwise if and when I need a new couch I’ll be back to WJS home site and recommending to anyone who needs a new couch!!

Our preferred colored couch delivery was delayed and the customer service was very accommodating! They quickly shipped us the same couch in a different color of our choosing, and since the covers are completely interchangeable and washable, they promised to ship our original preferred color once it was back in stock free of charge! We got our couch is 2-3 business days and it was very easy to set up.
