I bought the 5 seat sectional and for the price point the couch is amazing! Assembly took me quite a bit of time and you need to let the cushions fluff up for a day or two before they are at their full capacity. I wanted to get new covers in a color other than the standard white, black, khaki or gray and Benny was so helpful during that process! My emails were always answered in a timely fashion. The color I want was back ordered by a couple weeks and when I checked in for an update Benny answered me within 4 hours. The bad reviews here sound like people expect the quality of a $10,000 couch. That’s most certainly not what you’re getting. However, the value here far exceeds the price tag.

The customer service is brilliant. I received a piece of my sofa that was damaged and they replaced it with zero hassle. I purchased an entire set of replacement covers in a different color for just over 400$- are you kidding me? I asked if I could get a different fabric, and they sent pics of different fabrics in different colors that I could choose from....the sofa is beautiful and comfortable. I get compliments all the time. I really couldnt be happier

I absolutely love my giant 6 seater red velvet sofa! I live in a home with 2 entry stair cases and the turn is too sharp to fit a regular one piece sofa. After years of searching for a cloud sofa I finally found the sofa of my dreams. Red Velvet! Extremely well made and sturdy. My neighbor helped me put everything together and it took us 2 1/2 hours. I am 62 so I needed help. It is extremely large. Has great storage. I can rearrange any way i want. Pillows are very dense and comfortable for me. This is the only company with an affordable sofa and red velvet and a great payment plan option. I am over the moon happy. I was very careful of making this choice. It was scary but I just can't stop looking at my beautiful sofa. Looking forward to cozy movie nights in front of the fireplace. Customer service is very friendly helpful and responsive.

Customer service was very responsive with excellent communication. After some confussion on my part, the ease of installation was incredible. Love the linen cotton fabric. Only suggestion I would have is the side pillows could be half the size and they would be perfect. Shipping was fast and delivery was beyond anything expected.

I had been shopping around for a new couch for a while and found a really nice one here. I did a lot of research for a modular couch that wasn't too expensive and they had the best prices too. I was a bit skeptical in the beginning due to never hearing about this store and not being able to see couch in person. However, I was happily surprised when I got my couch. It was just as pictured and the delivery was very fast. It took about an hour to put together but had very simple instructions and you can see videos on their website too. I only wish I had researched the different types of fabric more because I felt the cotton one wasn't as soft. Customer service is great and they respond pretty quickly too. Overall good purchase and have gotten a lot of compliments on my new couch!
