I placed my order over 2 weeks ago. I got word that the order shipped with 4 tracking numbers. 2 out of 4 tracking numbers ended up having issues due to payment to fedex and they then shipped two new packages. Well, the two new packages arrived, and they were the same corner pieces instead of opposite corner pieces. I now have two of the same corner, an ottoman, and no middle piece. Their phone number never works and no one picks up. The emails only get responded to every other day or so. I am requesting a full refund and the delivery of the correct pieces at this point. There is no way to get the pieces back together the way they came and I only realized I had two of the wrong pieces after I put them together.... (Update) We were able to work out a considerable discount due to the issue listed above. I was able to keep the couch for a drastically reduced price and can look for a replacement while I don't have to worry about paying full price.

Hello, Tracking no. 425582317918 I received 5 out of the 6 packages from my order, but the final package has not been delivered. I contacted FedEx, and they stated they have the package, but they said the information for this package is not matching in their system and that the shipper needs to contact them. The remaining package is currently being held by FedEx Security. I contacted FedEx directly, and they informed me that the shipper must contact FedEx because they need to ask the shipper questions before they decide whether the package can be released for delivery. Could you please contact FedEx as soon as possible and help resolve this? Since the other 5 packages were already delivered, I’m concerned that only this package is being delayed. Please update me once you’ve contacted FedEx. I’m confused because the other 5 packages from the same order were successfully delivered to my home address, so the address itself appears to be correct. Could you please contact FedEx and help resolve this issue so the final package can be released and delivered? Thank you.
