Manvitha absolutely saved the day! I stupidly mistyped my email when creating my wedding website and got myself locked out after 5 hours of work on this. With only a few helpful steps from Manvitha she had me back in and a lot less stressed! What a brilliant help service you have at Joy!

Good service support and good site, it's made me easy to organize my wedding, great user experience and very quick. One of the advantage is they have spanish translation, that is the main language of the majority of my guests

This website has been the best! The only thing I have that’s not really negative tho is….when publishing the site. There are many things in there that show you examples of how it could look, like groomsman dinner location, bridal party etc, I assumed it would not Stay in the website when you publish but it does 🤣 so I had a few people ask are you really doing this in Seattle and who is this person. 🤣

Registry is a scam. DO NOT USE THEIR IN SITE CASH FUNDS OR THEIR JOY STORE. Cash funds mysteriously have funds still pending (there are fees to withdraw the money) and many gifts that were purchased are “out of stock”. You receive “joy credit” for these gifts that can only be used at their joy store. We want the gifts that we selected and that people chose for us. Now we may have to select other items that we didn’t want with this joy credit, with no other option. NEVER USE THIS SITE FOR REGISTRY ITEMS UNLESS YOU LINK OUT OF THE STORE.

We'd like to learn more about what happened with your cash funds and registry items. Please email us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to take a closer look. The Joy Team

I really appreciate that Joy offers more than one user login for the shared wedding-planning experience. I decided to switch early on from another wedding platform based on that fact and what appeared to be a very well-organized experience from a guest's perspective. Everything was very straightforward when creating the website, and I'm excited to explore some of it's additional features (like photo sharing) once we get a little closer to the date itself.

Everyone I've talked to has said the website and process is better than anything you could pay for, and joy is FREE - I've used several of their features and have literally zero complaints! Joy has made my wedding planning process so much simpler, THANK YOU JOY!
