Once I spoke to the rep the process was so easy! I couldn't find the gift cards that got sent to us for our wedding but she was quickly and easily able to resend the emails.

Customer aupport was very helpful and communication was consistent. I had doubts at first and felt I was going to get the runaround but my that wasn't the case, the issue was resolved promptly and efficiently. Thank you

Tried to book accommodation through the website and it defaulted to two nights when I only needed one. I changed it back to one and it went back to two on checkout-customer service refused point blank to amend the booking. Totally awful service! I would advise to check out the hotels and book directly with them!

Love using with joy. It’s been easy and quick for invites and getting them sent out quickly. It’s also been great that people can go back to the innovation later and get event information and details.

My fiancee and I have been able to use it really easily, and it was recommended to us by one of my best friends who is getting married soon himself. The site was easy to use, and really looks great now that we have just about completed it as well.

The app was great — it was easy to use and very convenient. I just wish there was a way you could provide a QR code for the guests to upload their pictures directly into the app.

Tried them, hit a bug, customer service didn’t reply. Why would I trust my big day to a system like that?! No way!
