I would never ever use this company again- Their service has been abysmal- I booked a discounted Hotel through their website and they actually charged double the standard Hotel-- Secondly they did not honour the Hotel payment and I was refused access to the Hotel until I fully paid the shortfall monies. I have demanded a full refund although the company has stalled matters rather than simply returning my money- A police report is now in process, however I suspect that a civil claim will be the correct route For information purposes the Co With Joy actually sub contracted the bookings through 2 other separate agencies named Easy My Trip and Let’s Fly Direct- It’s a terrible business model which leaves the customer not only paying double the standard cost for the Hotel rooms but in my case being required to make further payment to attain the room as the booking co did NOT make full payment to the Hotel- I would highly recommend that you avoid this company. I found the website very difficult to use. Also it didn’t work with telephone numbers which is what I needed only email addresses

The website is extremely buggy. We regret using it especially the registry. We have duplicates of gifts because it doesn’t update and have credits to joy because it couldn’t process items from crate and barrel and people were allowed to buy items that were out of stock. Using this website is my only wedding regret. Our guest also complained that the website was not easy. I would recommend using any other wedding website.

As an attendee at a recent out of town wedding coordinated by withjoy.com, I would like to make possible future couples who might use their service aware of a possible major issue you want to ensure you avoid. We received an announcement of the upcoming wedding of a relative about six months in advance and it invited us to book at the hotel adjacent to the wedding venue. Naturally I assumed they had obtained the best rate for the couple's guests and proceeded to book and pay for our room in advance. The hotel had a full price cancellation penalty that took place many months in advance of the actual date. A few months later we receive more emails with links from withjoy.com on the wedding and "where to stay links." I ignored that link having already booked our stay until just before the wedding, I happened to open the link and saw a room rate I did not recognize. Sure enough, upon checking out, I realized I paid almost $200 for a two night stay in excess of what was on the site. In following up with the organization asking for a credit to match their advertised rate in the later emails, they indicated it was my problem as I booked before they had obtained the lower rate and would not adjust my cost. Therefore, if you feel you can trust them to handle your event, make sure they have obtained the best rate for any hotels for you before the first email goes out to your invitees announcing your event. If withjoy.com indicates they need more time to get the best rates, you should tell your guests not to book any hotels until you obtain the best price for them. That will delay your counts but I am sure you want to protect your invitees. Bottom line, as a business person, I have to say that is one of the worst customer service experiences that an invitee could experience.

While the website is fine, we have not received ANY of our gifts or cash funds we did through With Joy. Our wedding was almost 2 months ago, gifts that were ordered in June never arrived.

I booked accommodations through withjoy.com for a wedding I attended. I received confirmation emails from them and they processed my full payment. The listing turned out to be fraudulent, as I realized upon arriving to the property to check in. The property is currently inhabited by squatters and is not being used as a vacation rental. Customer service at withjoy.com is poor and consists of an email address connected to AI. The company has so far refused to refund my payment.

DO NOT USE WITHJOY. The worst experience I have ever had. I booked a hotel room for my cousin's wedding. I arrived, went to check in and the hotel did not have my booking. I had to book and pay for another room. I am still arguing with Joy for a refund a week later. They claim due process, I claim theft of my money.

I will absolutely never book through withjoy ever again. Always go directly to your hotel. The policies they have are crap and really aren’t much help for me who make honest mistakes. So don’t forget your wallet at home on pure accident because you’re screwed & can’t receive a refund from that point. I mean nobody could help me all. What is one suppose to do when that happens? Some policy needs to be created on that specially because it ruined my entire evening. I was late for my wedding I was attending. The hotel and withjoy both gave me the worst troubles. And o still can’t get a refund. It’s been a horrible sad mess and trip for me. I’ll never use withjoy EVER again.
