Isabelle from Havie helped me out with a mixup on the shipping of my package. She was very helpful and was able to assist with getting the package to me. Excellent customer service, greatly appreciated.

I was having issues with the battery life on my lamp, but I didnt realize that if the remote is used to turn the lamp off, it stays in sleep mode, thus draining the battery. I thought the light was simply not working. Isabelle did a great job explaining it all to me and troubleshooting. While I wish the remote could be used solely for the on and off of the lamp, I still really enjoy the way the colors move and the various options of colors.

Small hiccup with the instructions included in the bo, - which they addressed right after I sent an email about it. Love the the light - though not sure I’ll use the remote but at least it’s an option.

This is one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had from a company lately. Not only are they very responsive but they’re helpful, kind and quick to resolve the issue. Oh and did I mention I LOVE my Havie lamp? Great product and great customer service.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
