HavieReviews of withhavie.com

No USB cord or charger included even though there was supposed to be one according to the box. I used it once and now it won’t even turn on again even after I charged it for a long time with one of my other cords. Cheap cheap don’t buy!

This is clearly a drop shipped item. My lamp came in a box with no “Havie” branding, and the product itself doesn’t even have “Havie” branding on it anywhere. The battery lasts less than 2 hours. The user manual doesn’t have any instruction on how to connect bluetooth or how to do any of the other functions it claims to do. This is a huge waste of money. I’d maybe spend $10 on this.

When I ordered the lamps, back in 2025, they arrived, but they were clearly cheap. One was broken. The buttons shortly ceased to be responsive, after only a couple days. They both gave a weird off gassing type of smell. I would strongly suspect drop shipping and order from other, more verified merchants, personally.

I bought this light bc it boasted that had 18 color features, Bluetooth compatibility, and a remote control. I thought it would be a great option after having a baby especially since it has white/brown noise options built in. Since getting it the remote only turns the light on, none of the other features work. It doesn't turn on silently, bc it is automatically trying to connect to Bluetooth. That isn't a setting you can remove. To cycle through colors you have to manually touch the lamp multiple times. It does stay on the last color you left it on unless it dies. When the battery dies it starts beeping and then makes a horrible unnatural sound. The settings I was looking forward to I cannot use bc the remote is useless (color cycling,timer-30-60-120min,change of wave projections, and brightness settings) I have tried checking the device and control for tabs and I've checked the batteries in the remote. I thought the dimmer dome was causing issues with connectivity with the remote and that didn't change anything. Would not buy again, and do not recommend. This is a scam.

The Havie company advertises their lamp as a unique lamp with all the features involved. On first glance, this seems to be true. Originally the company was called Lumie and rebranded to Havie. I first bought lumie lamps and was very satisfied with my purchase. HOWEVER, when I wanted to buy another lamp, the website didn't exist anymore. Lumie was rebranded to Havie. When I purchased a lamp from Havie, I actually got a Lumie lamp instead (old batch of products). After checking thoroughly, Havie is a company that DROPSHIPS (reselling products from another company without keeping stock), basically reselling products as their own by printing their label on existing lamps. I found the exact same lamp for a fraction of the cost without the rebranding. I'd heavily advise NOT TO BUY from Havie. Not that they don't give you what you want, but I wouldn't want to sponsor a company that falsely advertises and resells people's work.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! the product is unbelievably cheap. it came super late and broke within the first two weeks. For the price it is a piece of garbage

It took a month and a half for it to arrive when the shipping details said it would be 6-8 days. Customer service was very little help. When I finally got it, it seems cheaply made and doesn't function the way I thought. Not worth the money or the hassle.

I ordered from this company expecting a simple delivery. Instead, I was told they were certain the package had been dropped off correctly and that I should “look around some more.” The problem? The shipping label itself didn’t even match the delivery location or my address. I checked everywhere—porch, mailbox, neighbors, even up and down the street. Nothing. When I reached back out, I expected them to acknowledge the mistake and correct it. Instead, I’ve been met with silence. No response, no resolution. Now here we are, four days before Christmas, and I’m still without the package. This wasn’t just an everyday order—it was meant to be part of the holiday. Bottom line: customer service shouldn’t leave people chasing ghosts or waiting endlessly. If the label doesn’t match the address, that’s on them—not the customer. A company that wants loyalty needs to step up when things go wrong, not disappear.
