I reached out to customer service because I was unhappy with my Havie light and Isabelle turned my whole experience around. Her response was so genuine, heartfelt and helpful! Honestly, I have not received customer service like hers in years and it renewed my hope (I come from a sales background myself). I must have told 10 people about her excellent response. Turned out I wasn’t using the light properly and now I love it and use it every night! Thank you, Isabelle. Great job!

I’m still waiting for my Havie light to arrive. But in the meantime, I had a GREAT customer service representative respond to my concern. Shout out to Isabelle! Thank you for fundamentally improving what could’ve been a horrible experience. There was a lack of communication about a delay in my order — due to low supply and unusually high demand. 4 days after my Havie light was supposed to arrive, it hadn’t even shipped yet. But Isabelle responded to my email, when asking for an update and partial refund for the delay. She didn’t just listen to my issue. She empathized and offered valuable compensation to address the problem. She was so kind, empathetic, and respectful that it made every interaction afterwards more pleasant! I can’t wait for the Havie light to finally get here. But I must say, Isabelle made part of the waiting so much easier with her understanding and patience. Thank you, thank you, thank you! One of the best examples of customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Customer service has been outstanding. I've had issues with shipping and the controller for my device, and the customer service has been nothing short but excellent. Loving the product, and recommend it.

No USB cord or charger included even though there was supposed to be one according to the box. I used it once and now it won’t even turn on again even after I charged it for a long time with one of my other cords. Cheap cheap don’t buy!

My lamp stopped working after 8 mos. I was so sad but I contacted the company and they are shipping me out a new light. It only took minutes to respond to me and I can not wait to have my new lamp. Great customer service!!

I'm not going to lie, I was pretty skeptical at first. How things are today you never really know if you'll get scammed or not so you just take a chance. I had 2 orders with Havie. One got delivered to where it was supposed to go quickly. The other did not. It came up missing on the last stop before my house. Naturally I messaged the carrier, with still no response to this day. I also message Havie. I was soon intouch with Isabelle and she was checking on my order status. She kept me informed almost daily of progress not made or made. She discovered that my order was.. we'll just say gone.. I figured I was out the money i spent and wont see my lamps. Cut the losses. The next email she sends is that they are sending a replacement order. Y'all, I honestly didnt expect that in todays world. She was quite literally the sweetest customer service agent I've ever encountered no because of the order replacement but how she approached this issue and kept communicating. I can not say enough good things about her and this company. I would absolutely hope that other companies and service reps could take note on how this situation was handled. Communication and openness are so important. Thank you so much Isabelle and Havie team.

Fabulous product that feels substantial and high quality. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend and will be purchasing more as gifts.
