DO NOT SIGN UP!!!!

Originally signed up for this app after seeing an ad online. The price advertised was affordable and when prompted about an e-book add-on during initial purchase, (I don't remember it being specifically an e-book add-on because to me that seems silly and not necessary) I said yes even though the then overall cost was slightly more than I would normally spend on an app but it was therapy essentially at a very good price. I received no confirmation email of the subscription details, just an email with an email confirmation link and then another email with an e-book about "mindful eating". I signed up because of issues with procrastination and general adhd. Tonight, less than a month from sign up I had 2 charges come out of my bank account from wisey. 1 for £47.54 and immediately after another for £35.66. So a total of £84.20 which apparently would be charged MONTHLY. I do not have that kind of spare money, and never in my life would I have signed up for something that expensive especially when that something is a bunch of animated clip art youtube videos relaying information that as a 34 year old I am well aware of. Not to mention that then when looking into these charges there was not only no email confirmation or receipt of the subscription, but the app is only available online. It is not a phone app. then when trying to find subscription details online, it has the initial subscription and the add-on listed. The initial subscription has an option to cancel in a link underneath, however the add-on can only be cancelled by sending an email. Bare in mind this add-on is almost the same damn price as the initial subscription. Nobody in their right mind would sign up for that. And judging by the reviews below, after asking for cancellation and a refund I'm not likely to get one. so the only thing I can do is block further payments via my bank. IF, and it's a big if, Wisey is not purposefully scamming it's clients then I find it hard to understand why it has so many shockingly bad reviews. Surely if something was wrong with the app or system, it would be trying to fix it. However, there's no evidence of this at all. The bad reviews go on for days.

Tread with caution
I thought I bought an annual package after an online sale with a huge discount. After a month, I was charged again! . Raised with wisey and wasn't really convinced with their response about dd/mm format. No refund issued. Had to raise a dispute with my bank to get my refund back. After almost a month, I got reply from wisey support that they have refunded the amount.. Tread with caution.

Shameful company exploiting people in need
I was having trouble staying organized and on task so I paid for a subscription to Wisey to help. I immediately regretted it. It begins with the premise that having ADHD must mean that you are a failure. It asks you to take stock of all of the things you don’t have. I have a masters degree, a stable well paying job, a husband, a child, and we own our own home. … so… yeah… I’m not missing out on anything in my opinion. Then there’s videos that just tell you to try harder and have more willpower. So… again, there’s an assumption that I’m not doing enough. I’d say it was a total waste of money. This is a company that’s done no research at all. They stand upon a pedestal and tell people that they are bad and lazy. All for the low low price of $35.00. My job has become more tasking, I have a toddler… I honestly feel preyed upon by this company. I wonder if anyone takes the quiz and comes out as not having ADHD. Update: I read some other reviews and realized that when I thought I’d paid for a one time fee was actually a quarterly subscription. So $35 for quarter one, $100 for each subsequent quarter. Thanks to all of the reviews that saved me before that second payment went through!

THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!! Charged an initial $19.99 & then a $17.99 upgrade fee… NEVER COULD GAIN ACCESS TO THE “MULTIPLE” COURSES or ACTUAL PRODUCTS and upgrades I PAID FOR!!!! THEN CHARGED (PROMPTLY) an ADDITIONAL FEE!!! Without my consent! The only PROMPT “service” was an email asking for “another chance.” Initially, when I contacted them, I was given a case # and told I would receive an follow up response within 60 minutes… Over 14 hours later, I got an email from customer service begging me for another chance!! Today is a complete week later and I HAVE STILL NOT been refunded!!! DO NOT FALL VICTIM TO THIS OBVIOUS SCAM!!!!!!!

Cancellation successful and prompt refund
I had the same experience as everyone here. "Very bad Adhd" in the test. Opted for a one month trial, then realized I have to pay thrice as much from the second month on. I cancelled everything in my Wisey account and wrote an Email to billing(at)wisey.com. The refunded the money within 10 minutes, so at least I have to say it was fair (therefore 2 stars instead of one).

Suspicious after quiz
I came here after doing Wisey's quiz, feeling there was no way I could have a "high" level of ADHD. I see a disproportionate number of reviewers got my exact score to two decimal places???

I don't have ADHD and took the their quiz, answering as satisfied with my life and deliberately choosing answers that should place me as not having ADHD. Their quiz result was that I had severe ADHD... Complete lies posing as medical advice. Steer clear at all costs.
