I love Wisey a ton as a resource for free education. They do have a premium version that you can pay for, but I personally don't have it and still find the app extremely helpful. I did try the free trial, and didn't get charged the full amount. I canceled the trial after starting it as you still have access the full trial. If you know you might not want to pay for it after the trial just do this every time. I have adhd and autism too, so I don't see this as an excuse unless it's your first time using the apple,(its only on the iphpne) app store. This should be something that's automatic, and if not I hope this is a tip you use in the future instead of trying to destroy them online. When you pay for something, even in app, apple is the one in charge of refunds. SO, THE COMPANY IS NOT COMMITTING FRAUD OR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF YOU. THE ONLY WAY TO PREVENT THIS IS YOU OR APPLE ( but apple per their terms and conditions legally doesn't have to). Anyways, It has tons of courses that are broken up into segments, so it makes it easier for somebody like me with adhd. You get that dopamine hit each time you finish a segment, and you can use the app to learn instead of doom scrolling through social media. I also love that it has plenty of options for those that can't afford the premium version, as I'm unemployed/in school/disabled right now, and can't afford it right now. The app is also helping me gain skills and knowledge that will help me fix that unemployed part as well as obtaining skills to help work with my disability. 5 stars highly recommend.

I ordered a trial, which I cancelled within 30 days. I was actually charged for 2 different products- 1 of which I had no idea about. This then auto-renewed at $45. Reported to PayPal and Paypal refunded me immediately. Months later Wisey are now trying to manipulate their Trustpilot rating by trying to get this review removed, which doesn’t feel very honest either. A terrible customer experience I would never dream of using them again for anything.

You cannot trust this website or this company. Their pricing is very deceptive, they give you pricing based on daily cost for say 1 month (USD19.99) or 3 months or 12 months, and it seems quite reasonable and their website is designed to gain your trust, but when you receive first invoice, it says your next payment will be USD49.99 because your first month is a trial only. Everything seems to look fine on day 1, you go back in on day 2 and your subscription has suddenly expired and none of the courses are functioning. Then you find they provide no way to cancel the subscription or remove your credit card details. This is most definitely a clever scam that will rob you of money

Fake, bait ads used to grab your info. They do not deliver

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!! They prey on people who are literally having real issues and take advantage of them!!!! I gave my email address where they were going to send a “ personalized plan”….. so I was about to check email and decided to do a quick search!! And Glad I did!! Wow!!! These are the kind of people who need to get a back alley “education”

Since they can't refund, I tried accessing my account but it's LOCKED! They took my money and LOCK me out! Who does this? SCAM! FRAUD!

They are just robbing you from your money. They offered access to the website for three days. They did not send me an email to make this possible, so the three days were passed. I was immediately charge with 29,99 euros. I contacted them and explained that I did not have the opportunity to see the website a make a choice, because I did not receive an email with the information that would allow me to enter the site. They just didn't care; they just want your money. I lost my money in something i did not use
