Good day, Daniil, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. It means a lot to hear that, overall, you were happy with the support you received and that our team came across as fast and kind. At the same time, we understand from your review that the refund help took longer than it should have and only moved forward after your third email, and we can see how that would be frustrating. If you are still waiting on anything related to your refund or would like us to look more closely at what happened, please reach out to our support team at [email protected] so we can review your case further and see how we can help. We hope to hear from you soon.
