Very honest company. They refunded me my money when they didn’t have to. Somehow I had two different subscriptions. I don’t know but they made it right and very quick.

I got a charge and don't remember signing up and don't know how to cancel. It's for $100. Not pennies!! My account was overdrafted because of this and I got fees from the bank.

Preys upon people with mental issues and the cost is ridiculous. The trial looks good but they bombard you with other expensive materials and go up on the price to a ridiculous amount after the trial. You cannot access the material when you like but only when they decide so you cannot use it when it is most convenient for you. (You have to wait a number of days in between sessions) Totally not worth it.

Rapid response from support team, I still have to see if they deliver. The platform seems like a great idea but for that price I may as well go to a therapist in person. I understand the challenges of building a platform and that, those who built it might be experts in the case. Having said that, if you want great subscription numbers, you will need to reverse the prices. Start dirt cheap, get it known with lots of people hooked on it. Then price it at the true value.
