Dear Kashmira! Thank you for taking the time to share this feedback. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this must feel. The app should work smoothly, and being charged twice is certainly not expected behavior. We would really like to investigate both the technical issue and the billing concern. Please contact us at [email protected] with your account details so we can review this as a priority. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope that you will give us another chance!
