⭐ Suggested Review: “Excellent customer support and fair resolution” I needed an extension without any additional cost, and the customer support team handled my request exceptionally well. They were understanding, responsive, and resolved the issue quickly. Really impressed with the way they treated customers — professional and helpful throughout. I would definitely recommend both the product and their customer service.

VORSICHT SCAM Man bekommt zunächst drei mögliche Varianten angeboten.
Response from WiseyApr 13, 2026
Dear Aylin! Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We’re very sorry to hear about your experience and understand how frustrating this situation must have felt. We’re glad that, in the end, the issue was resolved with a full refund, though we regret the confusion around the subscription and initial handling. Clear communication about pricing and renewals is very important to us, and your feedback helps highlight where we need to improve. We take your concerns seriously and will share them with our team to prevent similar situations. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re here at [email protected] if you need any further assistance. Cheers!
