I have not tried my purchased product yet, but this review is as a result of Digiarty's customer service... I purchased my software, and everything went well, until I figured out I had accidentally purchased the Windows version (when I meant to purchase the Mac product). I sent Digiarty's customer service a message, and within 24 hours, they had replied, swapped my Windows license for a Mac license, provided me the download link for the Mac version, etc. Excellent response time, helpful attitude, and a commitment tokeeping customers happy... That is how you get return business! Thanks!!

I have been using the software for years and have never had any problems It does all that Digiarty says it will do with out any hassles I have had a couple of small problem when I have reinstalled Windows but when I have ask for assistance from Digiarty they have help and got me on the road again in no time at all " A big thank you to the help team"

I have found this to be an excellent program to use. I have been able to copy movies and save my collectible DVD's from getting damaged. The directions are simple with only one issue - I have had some difficulty with recording subtitles. I may have just misunderstood the instructions.

I have been using the DVD ripper/converter for some time, as most of the time now I watch movies on a laptop or tablet. You cannot watch DVDs on a tablet, and laptops with an optical drive are rather bulky, those without drain fast running an external drive, so the easy, fast conversion to mp4 is an absolute boon. It also means a reduction in space used for storage. I am pleased and impressed by this useful tool.

'WinX DVD Ripper' is confusingly presented (and offered for download) as Blu-ray Ripper on their official webpage. However, it can't rip Blu-ray discs at all. I have asked for a refund. EDIT: I got a full refund within 48 hrs. So, I can confirm that WinX refund policy is indeed solid and 100% trustworthy

Product claims are not valid. Background - I have used this product for years. Last version I installed was in 2016, when there was a free giveaway of the full version (but no upgrades). Worked well, although slow, and did not find the correct track to copy on many DVDs, I had to do that manually myself through trial and error. In December 2019, I decided to finally purchase a version that would be upgraded and supported for life, because they had two product claims I was interested in. First, they claimed "Rip a feature-length DVD movie to MP4 (H.264) in 5 minutes at 300-500 FPS." My experience is that the 2019 version does the same as the 2016 version I had, and it doesn't do either - 5 minutes or 300-500 FPS. Takes about 1/2 the time of the length of the movie to copy. The second product claim that I was interested in was that they could handle copy protected DVDs, including Disney, automatically finding the proper track to copy. The 2016 version didn't do that, it picks the wrong track, and the 2019 version did the same. I manually, via trial and error, find the right track and it works fine. In short, there was no change in my usage of the software between the 2016 version I had and the 2019 version - except that I got the 2016 version for free during a giveaway and paid for the 2019 version. In short, I got taken. And the bundled software is mostly useless, WinXDVD Platinum Ripper is the only software I needed. I pushed the company to backup their claims, in a process that spanned almost a month in emails back and forth - their responses come around 11PM EST, so I would reply next morning and then wait a full day for an answer. They had me try various things, even gave me an additional software package to try (didn't do anything different), and finally agreed after my repeated requests to refund my money in full - but refused to reactivate my 2016 version (I still have the install file). Support is confused - probably language-based - you often get multiple confused responses within minutes of each other. "Give us your order number" followed by "we processed the refund days ago and will deactivate your licenses". I am currently awaiting my refund - and if I don't get it will be filing for a chargeback with my credit card company. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. Edit - the company did provide a full refund. I'm now using Handbrake, and it's much faster.

I am not an expert in this kind of software - not a techy at all. I just wanted to copy an old home video that was on a DVD to another DVD in a mode that was compatible with BluRay. I was not able to do that on the Ripper, maybe because there were too many options and i did not know which to choose.. Ripper experienced an abnormal termination and i forwarded the message to support as they requested. Support was very helpful, we exchanged short emails over the course of a few days. I eventually downloaded the free version of the Copy DVD program and successfully created a copy of the DVD. I told them that and they solved the problem by adding the DVD copy program to my family pack.

Initially I had bought the WinX HD Video Converter Deluxe software, and was having some issues in converting some of the video files. After reaching out to the customer service, they had provided me the VideoProc software (without any extra charge), which worked out completely fine. I would recommend buying from them and have some patience in case any issues are encountered so that the developers can fix them. But if you are just buying for free trial, and expecting full refund within 30 days, that ain't gonna happen.
