Great product. I have been using it for years. Whenever I have an issue the support staff are great. I would recommend this product and it’s support. It is particularly good for a basic computer operator like myself.

Excellent
I bought WinX DVD Ripper after trying a couple of other rippers that I kept having problems with. The WinX ripper works really well, it's quick and easy to use, and hasn't given me any issues. Recommended!

Great Customer Support
I was trying to burn some DVDs but the process would not finalize. The program produced a report of the error and I sent it off to the provided email as requested.
Much to my surprise, I had a response the next morning! After taking some screen shots of my burning process, I was provided a very easy solution.
Just can't say how refreshing it is to have a company stand behind their product and support their customers!!

Tech Support is NONEXISTENT...
I pulled out my cable back in 2010, so I am fully invested in my DVD collection. I hit the bins at Walmart very hard, and I'm building a collection of TV series, especially those I loved from the '60s, '70s, and '80s.
Point being, the reason I was interested in this software was that I've been trying to backup my DVD collection. Right now, I have 14 pages of DVDs.
I was mostly interested in DVD Copy Pro, but bought the bundle. I use the Ripper on occasion and have never had issues with that program, but Copy Pro has been nothing but problems since I bought it, and that's the one I need the most.
I'm past the 30-day refund period, but the program worked fine for about the first three or four months. Then it started spitting out errors, and ruining blank DVDs, which are expensive.
So I email Support. It has to be a department located in another time zone, because you don't receive an answer EVER until after 11pm EST. This creates a problem, and SKAD-WADS OF DOWN TIME, because you send an email, they respond when you and everyone else in your part of the world is sleeping, you respond the next day, and every day, back and forth, is a day wasted.
I have two emails going back and forth with them right now. To illustrate: One to support--17 back and forth replies on that one, that was started on June 9th, and one of their replies was completely blank. Ineptitude? And one to the "contact" email, started on June 23rd, with 4 responses back and forth, so apparently, they keep the same hours.
Every time I email with a problem, which is frequently, they waste the first day asking me for my receipts. They don't keep records??!? They don't know who their customers are??!? So every time, that first day is completely wasted. Send your receipts with that very first email.
Every time you email for help, it's a day lost. Every time. No phone number to call instead, no online chat help with support, nothing. You're sending an email, waiting a day for a response, replying to them, waiting/losing another day, and on and on and on.
If you buy these programs from this company, regardless of any promises in their advertising, you are buying it with NO tech support.
I should still receive a refund. I bought the bundle, and the lifetime upgrade, and there's no tech support as promised, and as comes with every other software. This company is very poorly run. I'm livid.
EDIT: Per company's reply below, where exactly is this tech support?? There is NONE. Re-read the subject line of my review.
EDIT: I have two different DVD burners, because I just bought the external, trying to fix this problem. I just sent them screenshots of both burners, wherein the computer says they're working correctly. No, it's not my DVD burners. And that 24 hour response time is PER EMAIL/INQUIRY, as I said in my original review. Every time you email, it's a day to get an answer. So they tell you to try something, you try it, and if it doesn't work, it's another email and another lost day. As I said, the email currently going on was started by me on June 9th. It's almost a month old, and the problem is still not resolved. The program still does not work.
New laptop came today. All it has on it now is firefox and Winx DVD Copy Pro. Program still will NOT work. If they can't get their software to work, they need to refund my money. I have to get a program that actually works.
Non-functioning, and ridiculously inadequate tech support. They can't get their own software to work.

Dear customer,
Sorry for the inconvenience.
We hold 30 day money back guarantee if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it within an acceptable period of time. Satisfied
Am satisfied with products. Order was a bit difficult at first (due to discount codes), but WINXDVD-representative Shirley corrected it immediately and made sure everything went well.
I haven't used this program for long, but it has proved itself worthy of every investment. Compared to the last so called "Free" program i used, this has cost me less, works more efficiently, and deals with issues that often defeat other programs. Impprtantly, their customer service os prompt amd courteous. I'm impressed.

Needed New DVD Ripping Software
I used to use one particular piece of software to rip my DVDs but that stopped working when I upgraded my OS. I found this software and decided to purchase it. It works well for my purposes (watching my ripped DVDs on my Plex system). I would like it to be able to rip a DVD commentary track but perhaps that is something for the future.

***Update September 3, 2020***
Digiarty (Winxdvd) ) is just doing the MOST right now to work my last shredded nerve. They emailed me on 29May2020: “Please delete your review on (Trustpilot) and we will arrange the refund for you.” I refused and referenced this chicanery in my last update.
Y’all, DIGIARTY REPORTED ME TO TRUSTPILOT FOR LYING about being offered a refund in exchange for deleting my review. This caused my review to be immediately removed, then investigated.
Trustpilot gonna Trustpilot, though; I low-key like these guys. My review was reinstated this week because Digiarty’s email to me showed that I quoted Digiarty’s sleazy offer of refund-for-review-removal pretty much verbatim and that Digiarty is where you’ll find the lying, lie-telling liar.
I wish I knew how to properly report Digiarty, and to whom. I wonder what Trustpilot will do to a company like Digiarty, that stoops so low to get rid of negative reviews, because there should be serious consequences for defamation.
***3rd UPDATE (12jun20): Folks, this is what happens when you hire people who don’t understand “30 day money back guarantee:” they treat that 39.95 USD as if it’s being ripped from their hands by jackbooted thugs while their starving children weep in the background. Digiarty needs to have a company meeting, with a therapist on-hand, and help their employee deal with the hot shame of acknowledging that harassing customers over a refund guarantee is not okay and that this person may need psychological intervention to learn to deal with rejection. Quarantine was almost too much for some people, for real. And since Digiarty has been trying desperately to get this review removed; they pulled their last trick: “waah, waah, you used my name!” So I went ahead and took out the identifying information for their resident crazy person because I won anyway and it’s more important for people to see what happens when a company hires bad people.
**2nd UPDATE: See Digiarty’s response to this review where Digiarty said they would just send me a refund? Nope. Digiarty’s resident crazy person emailed me AGAIN just now. Digiarty, if you don't stop this employee from writing to me I'm calling the police. Anyway, here's the good part from that email of several minutes ago:
===
"As stated, we'll hold the 30-day money back guarantee if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it within an acceptable period of time or provide a temporary solution.
Before we process a refund, we need to at least know what is the problem the customer has, that is the duty for support team and we believe refund is not the initial purpose for a purchase."
===
Digiarty, not everybody can successfully quarantine and you've demonstrated why. Please get help. I've initially enjoyed watching you deal poorly with rejection, but not without an increasing sense of alarm. And I don't need your permission to post any conversation I'm a part of, Digiarty. If you don't want to see your name all over bad reviews, stop giving me a reason to talk about you. I will repeat myself: contact me again and I'm calling the cops.
**UPDATE: Digiarty keeps making this weird. Please stop emailing me to argue, Digiarty: it's SO creepy. Don't confirm a refund and later hold it hostage to try to force me to help your company fix its software; that's dishonest. Don't send an email saying "please delete your review on trustpilot...and we will arrange a refund for you." That's scummy and possibly illegal. You just need to CHILL and move on, Digiarty. We've never even dated and I'm already exhausted by you. You should be as alarmed as I am by your behavior. To paraphrase the great Britney Spears: I want to know who let you in the business. I feel very uncomfortable with you even speaking to me. Leave me alone, Digiarty; I'm serious.** (original review follows)
Digiarty, let's not meet. I purchased a full license for WinxDVD based on the "30 day money back guarantee" posted all over their site The product was buggy and didn't work so I uninstalled it, notified you, and demanded a refund. That should have been the end of it. But then your employee started acted like a crazy ex-girlfriend, emailing constantly to argue with me and demanding that I send screen caps of the problem. When I stuck with the proffered refund and refused to give the closure this person desperately needed, the employee STILL wouldn't accept "No" for an answer and kept emailing. I ended up threatening to report the company for fraud and this employee then wrote that I’d only be given a half-credit. I screenshot the refund guarantee and disputed the charge with my card company. Problem solved, because, unlike Digiarty, my credit card company understands what “30 day money back guarantee” actually means.

Dear VK,
Sorry for the inconvenience this may cause to you.
Yes, we hold 30 day money back guarantee for all purchases from us. And for refund request for bug or tech problems reasons, we want to find out where the problem is. If it is a bug for the program, we will fix it. This is why our support team always ask for more detailed information.
We hope you can understand this.
We will arrange the refund for you.
Best regards,
Update:
We have processed your refund. Usually it takes up to 1-7 business days for the transfer to be completed, but it might take longer depending on your bank processing.
