Digiarty Does not work it asks for the code you are dishonest i bought the license for life. I want the refund

This product was a waste of money! I bought Winxdvd without having tested it before since i saw good reviews. On their site it is written refund waranty but it is not unconditional. The program didn't work with my dvds and couldn't rip multiple sounds and subtitles. They gave me another program (videoproc) that had other bugs and refused to be uninstalled. I don't recommend it. Handbrake and WonderFox DVD Ripper Pro worked better for me.

Decent program with simple operation. Doesn't get 5* as I've had discs that fail which rip elsewhere first time. I've also had issues getting subtitles with this program and use an alternate for subtitled discs. For the vast majority of everything I've tried though, this is simple to use, fast to work and gives quality results. To be fair, support have always responded within a day when I have had an issue, and I'm sure they would have helped find a solution to my problems if I hadn't have simply used something else. They were kind enough to offer a refund if it did not meet my needs. I did not request the refund and continue to use the product, which is my vote of confidence. A recommendation then, but its not guaranteed for all discs at all times!
