This has to be the single best software company that I have ever dealt with. I have been using their products for over 10 years as such have seen it evolve and improve drastically. The most significant thing about this company is that they "truly" care. Whenever I have had a question or issue, they respond quicky never leaving me lingering. I highly recommend Digiarty Software and all of their products such as WinX DVD Platinum.

So, I wanted to digitize my old DVD collection, to save a bit of physical space. I knew that free software existed but could be a bit complex to use, so I thought I'd splurge on a paying software that would be easier to use. I had but one simple requirement: I wanted to keep all audio and subtitles track. I like to learn languages. The reviews of WinX DVD Ripper platinum were great, and it boasted a very fast encoding speed, which was a nice bonus. Also it had a money-back guarantee, so I could try it without any risks! Or so I thought. First bad surprise: the UI is VERY ugly and dated. It's pretty obvious it was designed a long while ago and hasn't seen much love since. But hey, I can live with a poor UI if the rest is good. Second bad surprise: the features are terribly limited. There are plenty of ripping profiles, and you can fiddle with a couple of basic settings in some of them, but some really obvious features are missing. For my use, it turns out that you simply can't select several audio and subtitles tracks. You choose ONE language. The only workaround is to use one very specific mode (full DVD copy) that a/ takes really long (20-40mn), b/ does not compress at all the video. DVDShrink does better, for free. Third: some presets are fast, but not THAT fast. I feel like Hanbrake rips are almost as fast for a similar quality. As said above, some others are bizzarely slow. Fourth: it doesn't support blurays, which is mind-boggling in 2021 (and not really advertised). All in all I was disappointed, so I requested a refund the day after buying it. And that's when things got way more ugly. See, for most people (and dictionnaries, I checked), "Money-back guarantee" means you get a full refund if you aren't fully satisfied, no matter the reason. But not for the WinX DVD ripper guys, oh no. To them, it means they will only refund IF THEIR PRODUCT DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. You know - like every business in existence, because doing otherwise is illegal. When I tried to point out that fact, they offered half a refund to placate me. Which is, again, not exactly a proper business practice. I'm not sure how they managed to get so many good reviews. Maybe they're writing them instead of improving their software? They proved themselves to be shady, so I wouldn't be surprised. My advice for people interested in this software: take a bit of time to teach yourself how to use DVDShrink and Handbrake (both free). It wasn't as difficult as I thought and they are superior in most respects. Don't support dishonest businesses. Edit, in response to the reply from Digiarty Software: The "try-before-you-buy" argument is a bit fallacious, as the 5 minutes limit makes it too limited for testing. I must also say that I very much doubt that this is a misunderstanding: going back to your site and reading the fine print about the "refund policy", it does say this: "We'll hold the 30-day money back guarantee if our products cannot normally work with error or bug and we cannot solve it". It does sound like an attempt at justifying not refunding unless the software doesn't work. I am however grateful for your offer of a full refund and just sent you my order number. I will update this review further so that people know you do honor the guarantee, in the end. Final edit: they responded by email, saying they would process the refund... Once I had taken this review down. As this is a matter of principle to me, I have no intention of doing so. Let them keep my money, and my review.

Dear customer, All our products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software. We provide trial version for customers to try the program before purchase it. We highly recommend you to verify the program's functions and make sure it works well on your computer before your purchase. We highly comply with 30 day money back guarantee, sometimes support team just want to help customers solve their problems, there may be some misunderstanding. Please send us your order number and we will process refund for you. Best regards,
Don
I don't use this software too often, but it has usually performed great for me. The last time I tried to use it after the latest update, I encountered an error. I sent the error log to Customer Service and they responded quickly with a suggested fix that resolved the problem. The only thing better than having software that works flawlessly is having great customer support when it doesn't. It appears that Digiarty has that!

This is by far the best software on the market, Pricing is reasonable, the clarity of the outcome is phenomenal. I promise you will not be disappointed. DT

When I wanted their software to work it didn't. The company excused themselves by indicating that the problem was caused by a change in youtube's algorithms, but probably it was a case of them being slow to correct the problem that happened to coincide with my subscription payment. When I successfully moved on to another provider because of their software problems they would not refund my my money ie., within the initial 30 days. I am now stuck with their bloated software that I don't need or want. They didn't offer a trial period as most respectable companies do. I find the culture of the company unconscionable & very nearly falling into a hard nosed scamming approach. They have also tailored their terms & conditions in such a way as to be devious & non business like. I definitely wouldn't recommend them.
