This is a really great product and I've been using it for a few years. The only time I had a problem was upgrading to the latest version and it stopped working. One quick email to the support team and it was resolved right away, if only all companies had such great support teams. Thanks Digiarty :)

Between getting used to Windows 11 and new releases for my applications, things can get conflicted and confusing when nothing seems to work as it used to. Digiarty customer service has been responsive, helpful, and always good in following up to see how things are going after using their suggested fixes. I really appreciate them.

Lifetime licence really means just that. I have been receiving notices of new releases for several years now. On the few occasions when a glitch has occurred the response from digiarty has been quick and entirely effective. Very useful software!

The ability to download a video using the URL was not working. It would start the analysis and then just stop. I sent the log and received a rapid response giving me a link to download and re-install. It worked great! Thanks.
