I am writing in hopes that lots of folks get to see this. I rarely post reviews, because so often people want easy five-stars and I'm a staunchly sincere man. I want to tell the world that I'm hugely grateful to Digiarty's Support Team for their services; always crazy fast responses (Couple hours) and friendly right-to-the-solution services. Awesome! TWICE I've had to wipe my computer, first for problems upgrading to NVME M.2 drive, and most recently to upgrade to Windows 11. Both times Support rapidly responded to assist my getting my cd editing/ ripping software installed afresh and authenticated. I'm HUGELY grateful to the team. I hope this benefits someone out there whomsoever might be wondering about this company. The software is great, and the service is awesome to.

I purchased this by mistake, (My stupid mistake i acknowledge) I immediately contacted customer support, within 24 hours of purchase. They basically told me to shove it, it was my fault (which it was) and tough luck. Good customer service, I think not! Edit: 9 hours ago I received an email that 50% would be re-imbursed. I guess it pays to review products and services. Thank you. Edit 3.3.22 I must say that winxdvd have been more than helpful after the initial hiccup. Their support team have contacted me and offered a full refund, which, I must say is very generous, considering the initial fault was not theirs but my doing. Thank you to them and as for me, I will pay more attention to my purchases in the future. Thank you winxdvd support team.

To me, Getting timely support whether it be Products or Software matters the most. I have bought many Electronics, including Computers and Software over the many years and for me the biggest let down of many of these Companies is their Support Policy. I must say that I have had no such problem with "Digiarty Software." I have had reasons to request 'keys' for Software which I inadvertently lost or misplaced. But, it feels good that I can always rely on someone for Digiarty Software to respond promptly with solutions. Thank you "Digiarty Software" for making helpful, useful and quality Software and giving optimum support when needed.

WinX DVD Ripper Platinum is not able to encode Dolby 5.1 when *ripping* DVDs - only in backup mode. If you select ripping it does show a list of options, which audio to include in the output file. If you choose any of the options that say "6CH" you might expect to find six separate channels in the resulting file. In fact, WinX DVD Ripper Platinum then merges the orignal 6 channels of the track into only two channels. You only get surround the sound provided on the original included into your output, if you use one of the backup options like "Full Title Copy", "Clone DVD to ISO Image" or "Clone DVD to folder". I had no issue with the output quality. Ripping is fast and easy if your medium is clean and intact. However, one DVD was damaged, so the output simply stopped after encoding 1:36 hours of the 2:18 hours in the title. Unfortunately there was no error message so I assumed everything had been alright. That resulted in some disappointed faces in our home cinema. WinX DVD Ripper Platinum did successfully back up that defective DVD to ISO with "Safe Mode" enabled. While that process took more than 2 hours to complete (rather than 20+ min for ripping) I got a backup for that DVD before it got unreadable. Well done. All in all I am very disappointed. I intended to rip all my DVDs to a PLEX server with this program. So many people recommended WinX DVD Ripper Platinum that I bought a one year license after a quick successful test within the 5 min limit on the trial version. Home cinema without surround sound is not acceptable, neither is the failure to show an error message when ripping stops before completion.

The software was working great on a few dvd's I wanted to digitize to play in a remote location from my hard drive so I purchased the lifetime subscription. To my dismay, many dvd's wouldn't rip. I got no error message. They just wouldn't play in the preview window on winxdvd platinum pro and the copy window would flash on screen for a moment then disappear. When I reached out to customer service, they would take a day or two to reply to me each time stretching the time over several weeks of me trying everything I could to make it work. The form letters they'd send would repeat every week and range from telling me to send them screenshots of the error codes (which I had already said were NONE), put it in "safe mode" (which I repeatedly told them and showed them I had been doing) and "we are handing your case to our blah blah team (who would, of course, never make any contact nor offer any help)." They sent me "the latest" download of their program but theoretically didn't I already have that? I had bought it less than a month ago and checked the box about the updates. They offered me no troubleshooting advice from a real person trying to solve the issue and kept pretending they couldn't locate my receipt, order number, account...my name didn't look familiar when it came time to give me a refund which I asked for and am still asking for every day. This product should be free if they are not going to support it. I have tried it on Monterey and Catalina. I've tried it with 4 different external drives and all the troubleshooting videos online talk about are the actual steps you use to use a working program but this program does NOT work on a great many (about 1/4th) of the dvd's I have tried. Most of them are 20th Century Fox. I never wanted a refund. Wanted it to work. Now I simply require a refund to try something that WILL work...something supported! UPdate: I've been asked three times to exchange a refund for removing my comments. I said "no". Any comments or questions I placed on various blogs I found about WInx on google searches (notice most comments are disabled), were erased. It's pathetic, but they are really nothing more than an advertisement company. They called my dvd's "non-standard" despite their tall claims to be able to rip the hardest most damaged ones. They felt satisfied that they'd tried to solve my problem when I told them I would not exchange my review for a refund. They did nothing to solve my problem and they have enough fake reviews.

Changeover of computers with a multiple licence did not authenticate. Quick text to Digiarty detailing issue and received fast response for the solution. Customer service by Digiarty over a number of years and contact has always been fast and positive. Shirley is a gem. Customer Service is as good as it gets! Thank You

After my purchase of 2 programs with a lifetime license, I had a problem in registering one of the products and Ricky has helped me the whole time. Support is fantastic and I do love the products. Thank you very much, Digiarty!
