Excellent service. My first work with a hosted website; I've always worked on physical servers before this. It was intuitive. I did not have to call or email support for help; the Knowledge Base showed me what to change to connect to the database. Some clicks here, a form to fill out there, an FTP upload, a SQL Server restore, and the website came to life. Flawless.
