actually I feel winhost are very reliable, the only thing when we face issue specially in critical time we need to have phone number to call to feel that we described immediately the situation and get immediate feedback, even they can charge extra for such calls (if it is not their servers issue.) but this will really help more than send ticket and wait for answer however the answers are in appropriate time. but some times there might be a critical situation cannot even wait the 20 minutes, between replies.

WinHost has been great. Their support was excellent when I was setting up my website and had a couple of configuration issues. They made the change for the first question I had (instead of just telling me where to look) and also made a second change that they noticed was necessary. They responded within a few hours, which really helped. Their tools are easy to use; site availability and performance have been great.

I host several sights at Winhost for over 10 years and issue are rare. The instructions are easy to follow and the Site Tools work as expected.

For the money Winhost meets all my expectations as a windows based hosting company. Many useful features for a low cost package. Support has always responded to my inquiries within a short time and resolved my questions or issues to my satisfaction.

sometimes I have very slow application loading. Also missing some functions. Also [Authorisation] in app sometimes loss sessions.

every question was answered very quickly by the support team. I'm very satisfied. The site runs without any problems.

Wow and wow I changed hosting companies 5 times in 3 months trying to find a service prodiver who could meet the requirements of my project at reasonable price. Cheaper packages, no technical experiences required to get going , excellement support 24/7, etc... Well I can't find better words to describe them! Winhost are the BEST. Working with WinHost has been a pleasure to work with. Support has been very responsive and helpful. We signed up thinking this was a temporary hosting site for our legacy VB/Flash based site, but it has worked out so well we will be here for the foreseeable future.
