WinHost is an excellent hosting site for .NET-based web applications. Setup is easy, that is, if you are a savvy .NET developer/administrator. The hosting servers are very reliable. Communications and notifications about coming changes are very helpful and sent out well in advance.

good, straight forward interface, and best of all when I ran into a snag I got a lot of excellent support from the Winhost staff!

Absolutely Fantastic! I left GoDaddy after having been with them for 10+ years because of poor server performance and HORRIBLE customer service. Signed up with WinHost. Not only is my server faster and easier to work with, their customer service really impressed me. Not only can I EMAIL a support tech (which I prefer, and most other companies don't allow) but they got back to me in MINUTES, not hours. I have since recommended WinHost in my classes, to all my students and to my associates. I cannot praise their service and support enough.

Consistent, reliable, and affordable.

Big enough for us to quickly get what we want and not too big that we do not get help when we need it

Excellent agents that took the time to explain their services and discuss my specific needs. I have been extremely happy with the speed, platform and service for my woocommerce site.

13 years I have been with winhost and my emails are suspended with no notice or contact? I am so frustrated as there is no way to contact them, or to access my account or look at changing or updating my billing. I lost my credit card, and need to update with my new one. I have forgotton to update and now I am out to sea without a paddle of support. So unhappy right now.....

We are sorry to hear that our customer lost their credit card. Before suspending accounts, the customer is emailed. Customers can access their Control Panel and update the credit card information themselves without having to contact us. If the customer cannot access the control panel, then there is a Forgot Password system or they can contact our billing department. We are here to help and there are multiple ways to contact us. First, all customers have access to the helpdesk to open up a ticket with the billing department. If this cannot be done, they can email us directly. The email address is listed on our Support Page on our website. There is a link to the Support page on every page of our website. And also, there is a contact form on our website - https://www.winhost.com/contact.aspx We also have a Forum where the customer could make a public post about the situation. We understand customers can get frustrated due to this situation, but there are many ways available to contact us.
