The WinHost staff has been great. When I uploaded my site, I made two errors that kept it from running correctly. WinHost support corrected both errors (a subdirectory issue, and a web.config issue), and had the site up. They could have just told me about the errors, which would have been great, and had me fix them, but they went the extra mile. The response time was quick, just a couple of hours. Also, my site uses SQL Server 2019, which wasn't supported when I contacted WinHost. They told me it would be in a month or two. In a month, they emailed me to let me know it was available.

I chose Winhost due to Control Panel is very easy to use, many good features, excellent support, and very happy with their services.

Website works very good and is faster than it was with my previous host. Very stable with no problems.

So far, very pleased.

very reponsive support and refund when i needed it. there is a problem with products that winhost market for other companies (like SSL), it is not sure from the site if it is a "forigen" or winhost product. but in winhost products, it is excellent

After a service catastrophe on GoDaddy took our sites down, we moved our three sites to Winhost in a matter of a day, without a hitch! The online tutorials and directions were excellent, and site design is very intuitive. The tech support has been incredible, with nearly every request answered within fifteen minutes. All responses were very tailored, and helpful. It felt like waking up from a GoDaddy nightmare, to experiencing a brand new day full of sunshine with Winhost. I now recommend Winhost to everyone!

I'm a .Net developer and have used WinHost for what, 6 years now I think, and am still using them for personal projects plus any new client projects where they don't already have hosting set up elsewhere. Now I look back I can't recall there ever having even been an outage outside very occasional short, pre-warned maintenance slots. Support is very good, super-fast and very knowledgeable (and patient :). I live in Asia and despite the time difference I'm rarely waiting long for a solution when I mess something up or have a question. Their custom control panel is simple, not festooned with funky stuff that some designer thought would be cool, all good, clean, clear, fast interface design. Overall, I'd not look elsewhere, especially now they have a new 'Power' level of service beyond 'Ultimate'.

Winhost is great for small businesses with big ideas. The plans on offer are good value for money. The only thing on my wish list to make it perfect, would be multi users in the dashboard, it would be great to have the ability to create users and assign different permissions. So I can assign some server related tasks to my dev team, while keeping the billing and maybe DNS sections private.
