I purchased a Wine barrel bar on May 15th from this company and I was told 2 weeks tops. It is now July 6th and I still don't have it. When you call customer support requesting information as to the status, IF YOU GET SOME ON THE PHONE, they tell you they will check on it and call you back. THE CALL BACK NEVER HAPPENS. At this point, I would never recommend purchasing anything from this company. I should have read the reviews on this company before I purchased. Google reviews has it a bit over rated at 2 stars. I would be hard pressed to even give them 1 star.

We've had to get two fridges from them in less than 6 months due to the "cooling mechanism" just not working all of a sudden, they are difficult to get ahold of, no one calls back, they dont respond to emails, etc. Would not recommend purchasing from them.

Disgusting! I ordered a wine stand with marble base for my husband. It was a total of $183.88. When it came we tried twice to open a bottle of wine, but it fell apart as the top is made of pot metal and when you tighten the crews it strips out. We called and said the item was defective and were told to trash it and our charge would be reversed. I also called my credit card company and filed a dispute. After three months and several calls to both, Wine Enthusiast refused the dispute and confirmed the charge with my credit card company! Buyer beware as they are unethical shysters! I am out $183.88 and no wine opener! I would have returned it if asked, but as it was heavy I assumed they did not want to pay the charge to return.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

We purchased a bar cabinet directly from wineenthusiast.com. I was a little disappointed with the finish quality when it arrived but we like the look and design of the unit so decided to live with it. However, after a month the doors started warping pretty badly and that is where the trouble began. We have been trying for months to get a resolution with customer service who agreed to an exchange (which never happened), then after more months went by, a full refund, which also didn't happen. Each time we get fobbed off and nothing that is agreed to is followed upon. This is a $2,000+ piece of furniture that is not up to the standard you'd expect from a company the supposedly specializes in this product type. Customer service is frankly a joke after we have given them ample opportunity to make this right. We will never purchase anything from them again. UPDATE: After posting this review, customer service proceeded to issue us a full refund as previously agreed.

Bought a Wine Enthusiast 24 bottle dual-zone wine cooler, model 272 03 02 24. Almost 3 years to the day it stopped cooling with no lights showing. I contacted customer service and was told someone would call me back. When they didn't I called again and was told that I could try a new $50 control panel. When I inquired if it didn't fix it, they said they do not take control panels back. Every fridge I've ever had has lasted considerably longer than this wine cooler which also has no reasonable repair option.

This is the second time I have written about a messed-up order with Wine Enthusiast. I ordered September 15, 2020, the Mesa Bar Home Center. It arrived on December 9, 2020. I immediately realized that they had sent the wrong piece. Instead of a left side and a right side of the bar they had sent two left sides. It took until January 4 to get someone to order the correct piece. That was supposed to come on February 15. Then it was changed to May 17. Now they are telling me June 28. In the meantime, other customers received their order. They dropped me to the bottom of the list and put other people ahead of me. I will NEVER order from this horribly run company again!!! They could care less since they already have your money. I wish I could make them take the unit back and refund me my money.

Dealing with this company has been the most frustrating and exhausting experience ever. I am not one to complain but felt I needed to share my experience. I ordered a bar console unit in November 2020 (large piece and thousands of dollars). Each month the console was to ship, there was another delay. It took me calling every month to be advised it was delayed again, not that they had the courtesy to call me. Finally, after nearly 6 months of delays, I get a call my unit is scheduled for delivery. No surprise that each day it was scheduled to be delivered, it never arrived. Not once but 3 times. Again, I found out by calling all 3 times. No courtesy call made to say there was an issue. After much pleading on their part, I decided to give them one more chance to deliver it. No surprise. They deliver it only to find they delivered the wrong bar console. I have never dealt with a more incompetent company. After 6 months of waiting, I'm back at square one looking for a bar unit console, this time locally. Too bad as it looked like a very nice unit. I now understand why their customer ratings are so low. I experienced it first hand.

Purchased a Wine Storage Unit w/ Refrigerator. Subsequently the Refrigerator had some sort of cooling malfunction. Contacted Representative "Mike T" who didn't make excuses and immediately resolved the issue. Thanks!
