Beware buying from wine enthusiast unless you absolutely know an item will work for you. Their return policy is HORRIBLE. There is a 20% restocking fee and then you have to pay return shipping yourself. That amounts to ~$175 dollars for shipping alone. The cost to return the item is greater than half the cost of the item itself.

Decent Cellar, Disappointing experience.
This is my second attempt at this review, apparently the first wasn’t appreciated and Wine Enthusiast wouldn’t post it on the product page. We purchased the non-WiFi version of the VinoView 155 in early February, as the WiFi version wasn’t offered at that point. It was delivered in the beginning of March. Overall, it’s a nice cellar. The positioning of the bottles was a major selling point for us, as it not only looks nice with the side view, but it also allows for pretty easy storage of non-standard size bottles. We only lost a couple of storage spaces due to a few of our large bottles. And the reusable shelf labels included are nice for identifying contents easily. The temperature seems to be pretty much spot on, and the unit cools quickly, and fairly quietly. The locking mechanism isn’t very useful as it barely secures the bottom of the door only – but this wasn’t really a selling point for us anyway. The edge to edge glass and black profile provides a nice look. The shelves move a bit stiff, but allow access to all the bottles fairly easy as long as the door is open all the way.
We ran into issues with the delivery however. The first delivery was cancelled at the end of the delivery window for that day, and then rescheduled. The unit had no feet on it when it showed up, and the delivery team didn’t realize it until they started to slide the unit over our floors. We stopped them when we saw the damage to our wood floors, as without feet it was rough metal gouging the floors. The delivery team called Wine Enthusiast to get feet ordered and started a claim through their process to repair the damage caused. Their claim process has been anything less than easy or clear to navigate, and frankly has been a bit suspect, as apparently the delivery driver has a side business doing home repairs. As for the feet, even after direct contact with Wine Enthusiast customer service, we still have not received replacement feet over a month later. And customer service would barely engage on the delivery issues. So we found some on our own, so that we could install them and actually get to use the unit. They are basic screw in feet, so easy enough to order. However (and maybe the reason it didn’t have feet when it got to us), the brackets that the feet screw into were very crooked and bent, so the feet do not go in straight which made it very difficult to level the unit, but we got there eventually.
Unfortunately the difficulty with the delivery and claims process, and the issues with the feet and limited ability to contact customer service have made what should have been a positive purchase a regrettable one. I’d go another direction the next time I need to make a purchase like this.

What a disaster of a company
Please believe the reviews you're reading on this site and elsewhere. Wine Enthusiast is singularly bad, and you, like so many of us, will inevitably regret patronizing their business if you choose not to heed the warnings.
In January, I purchased a N'Finity Diamond Wine Bin from them. The order process was simple, and my shipment arrived within the expected time. That's when the nightmare began. It's a large bin and comes in three boxes. The problem is that one of the boxes was not for the product I ordered. It was a completely different shelf—different style, finish, and capacity. It was a strange error, but things happen, and I was willing to forgive.
When I called customer service to fix the problem, they asked which boxes I had received so they could send a replacement. Interestingly, the only box with any labeling indicating what was inside was the incorrect box! I opened the boxes to inventory their contents and take stock of the components I was missing. I had the outer supporting pieces and the trim, but the shelves were absent, thus rendering the whole thing useless.
I was informed they would work with their inventory team to figure out the correct box and send it. They also scheduled a pickup of the incorrect container.
A week goes by, and nothing. I called them back. They apologized and said they'd immediately send an inquiry to the inventory team.
Two days go by, and nothing. I called again. The customer service rep finally appeared to give up on their inventory team and said they would order all three pieces and then arrange to pick up the items I didn't need. Great! Given the circumstances, I asked if they would provide an update before the end of the day. "We'll try," they replied.
Of course, I did not hear from them before the end of the day.
Around noon the following day, I finally got an email confirming the new order, but it was not for all three pieces. It was for "box 3."
The good news is what they sent contained the units I needed. The bad news is, one of the shelves was cracked in half. Ugh.
So I called them back. Again. And told them the shipment was damaged. Customer Service said they would issue an order to replace the damaged shelving. They also said to dispose of the damaged box, which was irritating on its own. It's a bit of a hike for me to drive out to a material recovery center to dispose of furniture items. But asking your already inconvenienced customer to inconvenience themselves even more to fix the problem they created seems par for the course with Wine Enthusiast.
Another 48 hours go by, and nothing. I called again and shortly thereafter got a shipping confirmation for a replacement.
The new box arrives and...IT'S THE WRONG BOX!!! This time it was the box containing the trim I already had.
I called them again. They "apologized" and said they, again, promised to send all three boxes to avoid confusion.
A week goes by, and nothing. I sent them emails. Nothing. I called them back, and they finally admitted the unit was on backorder with the supplier, and they didn't have a timeline for when I could expect my fulfillment.
This is a company that had proven it couldn't be trusted. From my perspective, an indefinite timeline was them just trying to hope the problem goes away. So, I worked through my credit card company to dispute the charge. About a week goes by, and they finally get back to me with a tentative June timeline. I told them that was unacceptable and to issue a return and refund.
And so ended my weeks-long saga. Buyer beware.

High friction, no support. Look elsewhere!
Very negative purchasing experience in 2022. Our wine fridge shipment was delayed for a long time with no communication, and no way to track status.
Even though one order we placed for quantity of one our delivery was separated in transit (left and right), meaning there were **two separate deliveries** to schedule with **2 different companies**. Meaning we had to disrupt our schedule and take time from work twice. Very high friction, very high hassle.
The delivery companies hired to handle the shipping/logistics are a nightmare to deal with. Rude/rushed delivery service. Took WEEKS to schedule each time with very limited communication. Hold times of 60+ minutes. Wine Enthusiast customer service was also difficult to deal with and explain/sort the problem with. All around a nightmare experience for a product like this.
After posting our experience they quickly removed my product reviews with this information, even though I had purchased the products from them.

Absolutely worst service ever
Absolutely worst service ever. Wine cooler I’ve had for 13 months broke and fried all of the wines in the upper section of my dual zone cooler. I have spent over two hours on different hold calls. No one is able to do a damn thing. They called back once, but the person who called back wasn’t able to help so he transferred me to someone else directly, which basically just put me on hold for another 25 minutes before I hung up. Stay as far away from Wine Enthusiast as you can if you are considering buying a wine cooler.

Quite possible the WORST CUSTOMER…
Quite possible the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE-Josh and Angel are the worst of all!!!!
This crew must be taking courses on how to wear down the customer as you are on hold for at least 45 minutes....then hung up on. They say they will call you back if disconnected, but never happens. Ask for a manager and Josh says 'they are in a meeting'.
After 2 months of continued calls to customer service to report that our brand new wine refrigerator unit was not working right out of the gate, we were FINALLY transferred to ALVIN (a real customer service agent), who issued a refund on this unit. Alvin is the only person that actually helped us. The rest of you should be ashamed of yourselves. Not sure who owns this company, but it is a SHAM!
UPDATE AS OF 2/13/23: THE REFUND NEVER WENT THROUGH SO WE HAD TO ISSUE A CHARGEBACK WITH OUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY. NOW TRYING TO GET THE ORIGINAL NONWORKING DEFECTIVE EUROCAVE REMOVED FROM OUR RESIDENCE. RIDICULOUS.

Worst customer service because you…
Worst customer service because you cannot get through to anyone. I tried calling and live chat and nothing. I finally called the sales line and someone answered but when he found out I needed customer service he immediately transferred me and, of course, no one answered. Would not recommend due to poor customer service.

Ordered in stock item and it’s a month later and not here
Ordered two buffalo skin 6 bottle wine carriers before Christmas and they were listed as in stock and it’s almost February and they haven’t come in yet. Extremely disappointed given I paid extra for two day shipping and it’s almost feb.
