Window World, Inc.Reviews of windowworld.com

Scott and Diego from the Denver office were GREAT: they showed up on time (in Cheyenne, 2 hours away), got to work replacing a bay window they were unfamiliar with, and worked assiduously over two days to make the new bay window *perfect* - and by perfect I mean totally better than the bay window they replaced. Even down to the replacement trim, which they improved to a level of craftsmanship that we do not see often in Cheyenne. These guys mean to do window work right for your house. 100% ENDORSE THEM.

I ordered a front door with the cost being over 8,000 made to pay have up front, said we would have it between 8 to 16 weeks now going on 15 weeks and they are telling us first the door is on back ordered now the glass is on back ordered and they have no ideal when it will be in. Ask for our money back they will not give it back. DO NOT GO TO WINDOW WORLD!!!!

The sales guy was awesome no pressure at all. The installation team was fast and efficient would highly recommend.

We had a great experience with this company. They are great quality and they look beautiful! The gentleman were so kind and they did an amazing job. Thank you guys so much! Melissa and Josh

Avoid!! Spent almost $10K to have two windows and a patio door installed on April 30, 2026. After installation I called and told them the install was not correct that I could see daylight coming through around the door. No response. Then it rained and I took video, sent it to corporate and got a near immediate response. They came and reset the door, it still isn't correct. Can't get them to respond or come fix it. Go to my FB page to see the video I sent corporate after the first rain where it flooded my dining room.

We had to replace a very large picture window. A rep came in and assessed what was needed and gave us a very favorable estimate. The installation crew was very professional. When the old window was removed, a certain amount of rot was noted in the frame. This old wood was replaced. The new installation went well even though the old glass had to be broken into pieces in the replacement process. This created a bit of a mess. Overall a decent experience. The new window looks great.

This place is a disgrace, I should of never got windows from here they have lied throughout the process and our windows now leak air and they will charge you 125.00 to come out to look at them just to come up with some lame excuse not to fix them save your money and go elsewhere
