Be advised -I do not recommend this company. I signed the agreement in June and after finally getting HOA approval I called Window World to get installation scheduled for an exterior door and storm door. I have been trying to get it scheduled for over a week now. No call back from the ONLY person they have doing the scheduling - the owner's daughter, after she lied multiple times and said she would call me back the next day to schedule installation. Now after leaving multiple messages I have not get a response back from her at all. I was finally told on October 5th from Dave- the only person trying to assist me, that they cannot find my storm door anywhere in their warehouse and it will need to be reordered, which will take an additional two weeks. He was the inly person to even suggest an alternative option. But still no call back to discuss anything further. I wanted to get my exterior and storm doors installed before the cold weather started. I am very disappointed because customer service was nice initially, but after your deposit customer service changes. I wish I had paid attention to the reviews prior to going with them. At this point I am very skeptical about the quality of the installation and would prefer a refund of my deposit. How do you take someone's money for a service and do not respond? Terrible service and I will continue to post on every platform available to warn others.

I am starting off with the good. I am getting window and siding. The window crew came out 2 weeks ago and installed 23 windows in a day and a half. Raul and his crew were awesome 5+ stars for them. Now the siding. The project project was slated to start the week after windows. No call. No communication. No siding installers. The phone staff was great. Polite and seemed to care. We had a severe rain/ storm move through area this this morning came early afternoon no calls. I was sure issue came up with the current job the were doing, but I see my time is not valuable or important to Window World to even call and let me know. I would have been upset but having done construction in my younger days that is the nature of the beast and at times out of the installers control. Materials are correct and I have no issue with the quality of materials. Bottom line if you can be guaranteed Raul's crew for windows you will be happy. Siding I would look elsewhere unless you you don't mind be kept in the dark. Raul kept this from being a 1-star review

I bought 2 French doors and 4 casement windows Aug 28, 2025. Casement windows are fine.. French doors, however, are not. They've been out 4 times to fix. In order to lock them, you have to slam the door. 4 visits, no luck. Each visit was about 1 month apart. Next visit was scheduled for this Monday, September 28. I called today to reschedule due to an upcoming doctor's appointment. The earliest available appointment is October 26! How's that for customer service??!!

I ordered a door from Window World and paid the entire balance in full on the day the salesperson came to my home. At the time of purchase, I was told the door would take approximately 2–3 weeks to arrive. On July 31, I was contacted by Patrick with Window World to confirm my appointment. I specifically followed up with him that same day to ask when the new door would be installed and whether it would be within the next two weeks. I was told that the door was expected within 2–3 weeks and that they would contact me once they had an exact delivery date to schedule the installation. By August 21, I still had no installation date, so I reached back out. Patrick told me he would look into it. I was then told that their system showed October 1 as the expected date to receive the door. I explained that I needed the door installed before September 29 because I had planned around the original 2–3 week timeframe. What was particularly frustrating was that Patrick then acknowledged that he “dropped the ball a little timeframe wise.” He explained that adding the custom screen option I requested changed the order from a standard door to a custom-made door, which significantly affected the timeline. He also admitted that he was unaware that simply adding the screen would cause that change. I appreciate that he acknowledged the mistake, but that doesn’t change the fact that I paid in full upfront and was given a 2–3 week expectation that was not met. Had I been told from the beginning that the custom option could significantly extend the timeline, I could have made an informed decision about whether to proceed. As of today, September 25, I still do not have my door installed. What was supposed to be a 2–3 week process has turned into nearly two months, with no door and a great deal of uncertainty. Customers should be given accurate information about timelines before paying in full, especially when a customization can dramatically change the delivery schedule. I would have appreciated transparency from the beginning rather than having to repeatedly reach out for updates. I’m extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend Window World based on how this order has been handled.

Signed a contract with WW for windows and shutters and paid a downpayment. Later told that the cost of the shutters would double due to them being a wider size. When I signed the contract I was told the shutters would be custom to the windows. Company refused to honor signed contract and suggested that the contract be cancelled. I did cancel it as I was now wary of a company that would go back on a signed agreement. Very disappointed- poor customer service. Disreputable owners. How do you sign a contract and not honor it? Buyer beware.

Over all Cheap crap windows with Sub Contractors doing the work window leaked they refused to fix it the dude they sent out put some type of bandaid on the one window an told me he fixed " The Problem of air coming in. The Window He " Fixed " faces to the west, The wind was coming out of the South, His reply to me was, " We don't want to Throw any Money at the Problem " They can take their Windows and Stick Them where The Sun Don't Shine This is The Last Company I would Ever Recommend, They are a Joke Be Forewarned !!!

Had 10 windows installed and for the most part all is well. A couple little things but overall pleased with the outcome. House much better in overall comfort. I applied for the PNM Rebate. Sales rep helped beyond in securing the documents necessary. The Rebate has been approved. $80 per window. Staff always friendly.
