Salesman gave me a price then told me it would take two to three months to get the windows in. I asked how long the price was good for and he told me 24 hrs. I didn't fall for the tactics and I called a local company and got a lot better price and the windows came in four weeks. I will never deal with ww.

We had bought a storm door from Window World a number of years ago. Recently it was sagging a bit so I called to have the repair folks come out. Austin and James came out and completely removed the door, repaired the frame the door was in, reinstalled the door and recaulked all the way around the door. We have had some really cold weather since and there has been no cold air coming through the door frame. The charge was nothing due to the warranty. Austin and James did a wonderful job. I can say my experience is much like the others, the windows they ordered were smaller than the originals by inches!. The covered the exterior with caulking, a lot of caulking. No drip edge, no weather wrap, they didn't even put the trim on, IU guess they couldn't with the large gaps. Inspector failed the inspection, and they wanted full payment at insall not after finished. I guess they planned on not returning, I have left several messages with no return call. BEWARE!

Jose and Luisa were so wonderful at putting our new windows in! Jose workmanship was incredible! I will request them next spring with a few more windows to replace❤️

This is got to be the worst company I have ever done business with, they lie, make promises they don't keep, and the installation of my windows was a complete joke. They did tons of damage to window sills, window trim, inside and outside.

I paid for the installation of windows at my mother's house in May 2023. The installation was performed poorly, with numerous errors both before, during, and after installation. - On the day of installation, the installers were not provided with the proper tools by the company and were delayed for hours - Two additional visits were required to correct errors, including problems with the screens and mounting problems - It took about four months from the time of installation until all the problems were finally resolved After the issues were resolved, I contacted Window World to make payment. It was agreed I would pay by credit card once I signed up for a new card. I signed up for the card and called on September 16 for the invoice. The invoice was provided two days later, to which I replied with my credit card information. On October 12, I received an E-Mail threatening a lawsuit for not having paid. I responded by forwarding the previous message with my payment information, and was now told that Window World had determined it to be a scam. I E-Mailed them a second time, and called them a third time, to provide the payment information yet again, and said I would file a counterclaim for frivolous litigation if they don't accept payment this time. It shouldn't take two months to schedule a visit for technicians to make repairs, and the repairs shouldn't have been needed in the first place. It's not my problem that Window World's office believed my message was a scam. Not only is it illogical that my offering to pay them would be considered to be a scam, but replying cordially would surely have been better than threatening to sue. To conclude, I find it amazing how Window World took 120 days to get the windows correct, and yet the entire payment process - from the time I offered to pay until they said the lawyers would file - would have been just 32 days.

I had windows installed. The set of installers that came out did not properly install. Jodie sent Shane out to correct the problem! He did an amazing job correcting issues and is pleasant and friendly! Very much a perfectionist!

Wonderful, the windows look beautiful. He really did a great job. It is always a pleasure to work with Window World, I like to Thank you and everyone else for such a great job!! I have bought windows from my last house. Couple of months ago put 7 windows in my house now and today Window World installed 6 more. For me there is no other company I would even consider. They stand behind their product and replace them for no charge if the windows go bad. Now that’s a warranty!
