This company is a complete scam, cheap crap clothes from China that you could buy for pennies elsewhere, I just hope enough people read this and the authorities shut the site down and the Directions face prosecution 🤬

This is a scam company - as so many have realised. Believe these reviews. I ordered a pair of shoes. Normally I look more closely - the signs are there - but I was in a rush. Firstly, they took much longer to arrive than expected and I had to chase them several times. I tried to cancel the order as they arrived after event I wanted them for. But I was told it couldn't be cancelled. The shoes, when they arrived, having been sent from China, were of poor quality and I doubt they would fit anyone well. Poor sizing and shape. I asked about returning and they offered a small discount or voucher instead. When I said no, I wanted to use their "no fuss" returns policy, I was told it would cost me more than the shoes are worth as they would have to be sent back to China and go through customs etc. Definitely NOT a "no fuss" process. Instead they offered a voucher equivalent of they whole cost or a 30% refund. I took the refund in the end as couldn't be bothered fighting any more. And I certainly wasn't ever going to use them again. The refund also required me to chase them for payment. Basically, avoid at all costs.

Review I strongly regret buying from Wilson & Carter. In my experience, the quality of the clothing and shoes was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the price. The products appear to be sourced from China, but the main issue for me is the poor quality compared with what I expected. I also feel that I was misled as a customer. I was unhappy with my purchase and found the returns process very frustrating, as I was unable to get a refund. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this online store. The prices are far too high for the quality I received. I would advise other customers to think carefully before ordering.

Awful quality, was charged £30 a dress that could have come from a costume shop. Do not buy from them, they are based in china not London and won't reply to my email to return the order.

Do not buy from this website. The items of clothing look nothing like the pictures. They claim that you can get a refund if you’re not happy with your purchase or the quality but this is not true. They try and get you to keep their shoddy goods and tell you that a return would cost $50 and they offered me 15% of the value of the order. It’s a total catfish scam!! When I tried to email photos of the faulty stitching and quality the emails bounced back. They appear to be London based with their homepage and images. They are far east based. Items take a couple of weeks to be delivered and the quality is so poor I would not even donate to a charity shop. I am disputing the charge with Amex currently. Avoid at all costs. Wish I’d read the trust pilot reviews before I purchased. I have now reported this company to Trading Standards for further investigation. Also Amex are investigating them too, so it is worth reporting them to your credit card company to help you get a refund.

Don’t use this Company, they are Chinese bandits, the clothes are cheap crap, £1 that’s all they are worth, try send them back they will offer 50% the clothes are rubbish, they are still making money giving 50% back if you ever get it. This Company should be shut down. This is tame to what I want to say.

I wouldn’t even give them 1 star given the choice. THis is a SCAM company and the website should be taken down.

TOTAL SCAM!!! Sending completely different looking items than the order! No return possible!
