Please, do NOT buy anything from this outfit. Their website gives the impression that they are a London based company, whereas in reality they are situated in CHINA, which in itself should sound alarms. I never received my goods, and I had to resort to claiming a chargeback through my Credit Card provider.

An absolute con. Cheap, poor quality and poorly made that don’t warrant a tenth of the price tag (which, laughably are already hugely ‘discounted’) I only wish I’d read these reviews before I’d parted with money! Don’t buy from these ‘robots’ !!

Do not buy from this website! We ordered a men's 3-piece suit in a size medium, and the sizing is completely absurd. It did not even fit me—the wife—and I am a UK size 10! A men's medium should easily be loose on me, but this suit was so poorly cut and tiny that it was completely unwearable. The fabric is cheap, misleading, and looks nothing like the pictures. To make matters worse, their advertised "hassle-free returns" is a total lie. We went back and forth over email multiple times, and they flat-out refused to provide a returns address. This is clearly because "Wilson & Carter LONDON" actually ships from China, making international returns incredibly expensive for the customer. Instead of honoring a full refund, they tried to fob us off by offering a measly 40% cashback. This company is completely misleading, cheap, and offers a disgusting customer experience. Save your money and steer clear!

ZERO. This is a company in China misleading and misrepresenting as a British Company based in London. They obfuscate when making enquiries, send sub standard quality clothing that is unwearable. If you want to return they demand you return to China. I've reported them to my payment providers and will report to The Trading Standards Authority. I suggest everyone does the same. Look out for others like MAYFAIR & FINCH same con.

Do not buy clothes from this company! Extremely poor quality, very difficult to get a refund. Not based in UK. May as well buy from SHEIN

Very bad quality it’s from china ,late delivery , difficult return no option on website to return , when you want return they give you so many other options instead of refund they made you to keep the items or receive other cloths with bad quality

absolutely awful company- items arrived not as described poor quality- after extensive to & fro with customer service where their refund went from 10% to 70 % which I refused, sent the items back to China. They ARE NOT A LONDON BASED CO. The package is in customs in china where it has sat for 4 weeks - AVOID AVOID -no refund at time of writing this. I ordered 15/08/26 !!!

I have emailed twice this week requesting the email address to return goods - no response. I have now raised a dispute with my bank. The size 8 shoe is not a size 8. I now have two pairs of shoes that do not fit and the company is not responding. Avoid. Ship from China. UK on my bank statement. US on policies. This is not a London company.
